I have been dieting for the majority of my life with very little results. I did another program (where you count points and go to meetings) and was gaining and losing the same few pounds. I was not impressed by the business model. They are charging an admin fee every week, whether you see them or not. You can buy 2 weeks supply of product at one time (it saves having to drive over every week). However you are still charged 2 Admin fees and you only use the service ONE TIME!! Big rip off.
