Quick Summary: Clean, relaxing, professional IV hydration…read moreclinic with amazing massage chairs and kind, knowledgeable staff. Great experience every time I've gone, and one of the most affordable IV therapy options in the area. I've been to Prime IV Hydration & Wellness twice now and have had a great experience both times. As someone who is chronically ill and has short bowel, staying properly hydrated can be a challenge for me, so IV hydration really helps. Finding a place that is professional, clean, and welcoming is important, and this location definitely checks all those boxes. The clinic itself is very clean and has a calm, clinical-but-comfortable atmosphere. The staff are always kind, sweet, and very informative. The IVs are placed by nurses, which definitely adds an extra level of confidence and professionalism. One of my favorite parts is the seating options. They have comfortable padded chairs, but they also have these incredible full-body massage chairs that look like futuristic pods. When you're in one, it gently massages and compresses different parts of your body from head to toe, and you can adjust the intensity, vibration, and pressure to your liking. It's honestly so relaxing. Most visits take me around an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes depending on how quickly the IV runs. I usually bring my headphones and watch something on my phone while the drip is going. I've tried the Myers' Cocktail, but my personal favorite is the Gut Guardian drip, which has been amazing for me. I'm so glad they added it to their menu. Another big plus is that this location has been the most economical IV hydration option I've found in the area, which makes it much easier to come back when I need it. Overall, I've had consistently great experiences here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for hydration therapy or wellness IVs. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

I've used her services previously but Melody was a true lifesaver and spared me a trip to the ER when I couldn't hold any food or liquids down for more than 72 hours. I had a major skull-based surgery that caused extreme vertigo paired with a horrendous reaction to the anesthesia. Melody responded to my message of need and was there within hours of my request for an IV. She assessed situation, asked several appropriate questions to my husband about my condition and what's happened, and put together an IV that made me feel 1000 times better within the hour. I was finally hydrated but also able to keep water down on my own for the first time since she gave me anti nausea medication via the IV that I wasn't able to keep down orally along with several other key nutrients and vitamins. This IV put my derailed surgery recovery back on the right track. For anyone that is recovering from illness or surgery, I highly recommend booking an IV treatment with Melody as it will truly make all the difference and get you back up on your feet in no time.
