I was burned by laser hair removal at this place, under the name BJA Medial Group on Groupon. It's at Weight No More facility. There is No BJA Medical Group to review on Yelp. The doctor kept turning the frequency up on my last visits. I don't think the patches of hair were still present because the frequency wasn't high enough. I think it's because it was not done thoroughly. I contacted them about this and they were going to have to doctor get back to me and then never did. I even showed up to my appointment today so that I can show them in person and see if there's something they can do for the scarring. There's no one here. read more

I get all my laser done here. I started with my Brazilian I had purchased it from a Groupon Wayback win and I just stayed. She's so wonderful and the doctors gentle and I've done research on the laser she has the option top-of-the-line best laser there is and I am so pleased with my Brazilian. First and foremost, Dr Skversky has retired and sold his Newport and Temecula offices. I left a poor review and was promptly contacted by the Newport office, saying they had no affiliation with the Temecula office, but the share the same name and past affiliation with Dr. Skversky. Quite confusing for past customers who might have visited both offices. I recently had a poor experience with this office (Temecula) and will no longer see any doctors at this office in Temecula. I have been a patient of Dr. Skversky for the last 6 six years on and off. He has greatly helped me in the past and truly seems to be professional and cares about his patients . Unfortunately I can't say the same for the doctors that have purchased his practice/business in Temecula. I recently had a very poor experience where the initial doctor I spoke with prescribed several medications. I was shortly then contacted by the office to confirm picking up my medication, one of the prescriptions was completely wrong. I pointed it out to the caller and they said they would get back to me. I had to make several phone calls and complaints, I was then told they had it all sorted out. This never came to fruition. I was never prescribed the second medication ordered by the Doctor. The following month I receive my Tele med phone call and I explain the problem. What I had been told and how they were going to correct it and it was never fixed. I was then told I should just contact my "primary physician and use them for my weight loss medical needs". After six years of using this office without incident, it was a little disappointing. I pointed out my past history with Dr Skversky and Previous treatment. The Doctor seemed unconcerned, again telling me to just go to my primary physician? Like I mentioned earlier I had been a patient at this office for almost 6 years and never had any issues the medication's were the exact same ones that Dr. Seversky had prescribed to me in the past, that had helped me with my weight loss. I'm quite sure Dr Skversky would not approve of this practice and they should remove their website which makes the client feel they are still being treated by Dr Skversky or his current affiliates. Furthermore, allegedly (Temecula) they have no affiliation with the Weight No More in Newport Beach and they are two separate entities. Considering both their websites make it seem like you're STILL being treated by Dr. Skversky, It is truly confusing, especially if you're a past patient of his. So today was my first time here. Referal by one my clients! She said nothing but great things coming here! So just with my luck I found this place right close to my house. Clara was so sweet over the phone and answered all my questions. I knew she was busy I heard the phone ring several times when I was calling her. But she still made me a priority answer on my questions when I had first called. I actually got in today for my first appointment when I called this morning. When I walked in both Dr. Chen and Clara were very sweet and friendly. Let me just say I have a huge struggle with hypothyroidism my whole life since I was 7. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and hashimotos and struggled to even lose 10 lbs. so today I made the day for change!! It's going to happen. Dr. Chen was super knowledgeable took her time and targeted my symptoms and gave me all her knowledge and information about how to go about this. Just from today's visit. I got a new thyroid medicine to help my t3. Just adding to my other medicine to target the thyroid & weight loss. I'm all for the hope of losing just about 20-30 lbs. I'm not too over weight. But. It does effect my not losing this weight when I meal prep , run, work for a very physical job. Like what the heck I'm sure you all can relate right?!?? And burn 600-800 calories daily and walk 8k step or more. There is a significant reason why. And dr. Chen Exposing all of it. Saying my fire in my core is cold. She's a genius to target this and explain it to me, even though most the drs. Wouldn't give a darn about explaining why they never gave my another medicine. Under new owner and that's not a good thing. They charged me $95 restart office visit when I have been going there 20 + years and the restart visit did nothing more than the normal check of blood pressure and listening to my heart.... both fine. The new doctor and the doctors assistant did not check my ankles for water retention. I know how to take the medication so didn't need review of that and nothing else was discussed except my going to the Weight No More office in Newport Beach where they don't gouge you and are more accommodating. I was delighted to have such success so quickly. Only tried a few other Weight programs with no success. I had to get a handle on my creeping weight. I only needed to use half of the med dosages and had no side affects which pleased me. I lost 30 lbs in about 3 months. I went to WNM in 1996, lost 85 lbs. After having 4 children. I was the same size as I was in High School. 2 more children a lot older and I was frustrated. I haven't been able to lose weight. We are military and move around. I came back to the area and I thought I wonder if WNM is still open?!
