It is impossible to cancel services with this place! I physically went in 3 months ago to cancel. I signed a form but they continued to charge me. I went in again just days after they charged my card a second time for my cancelled services and they said that my account was still active with no cancellation notes. They said the person who I cancelled with was out due to medical reasons and a manager was not present. They were going to give my information to a manager to reach out to me and resolve this. No manager called, rather my account was charged yet again the next day (just 8 days after they previously charged me). They have now charged my card a fourth time since I cancelled services and nobody is responding to my outreaches to get these unauthorized charges to stop. As for their services I received prior to cancellation, they were sub-par. They stressed eating according to the plan but then staff talked about eating things like tortillas with dinner when nothing in the plan would say that was acceptable. When moving on from the first week high protein week you are just handed a packet and told to eat according to it but no mention of still needing a high protein day each week until nearly 2 months later when being told you haven't been following the plan correctly. Even when you are increasing your daily activity by a few thousand steps you are told it's not good enough because it's not the minimum they want. There was also consistent incorrect data entered about where your last injection was and when you'd correct them so that injections were correctly alternating they would push back even though you have bruises to prove where the injection happened. All in all not the greatest place to do business with. I suffered through paying until my contract was up and cancelled as soon as it was done but as I said before, they continue to charge me. I have been going to Lindora in Temecula, and with their help, I have lost 40 pounds. The staff is amazing! Michelle helped me choose the right plan. Ann Marie, the nurse, along with the other nurses, have really helped me when I hit a plateau, and stay on track. AnnMarie encouraged me constantantly! Doctor Carolyn is excellent, too. Be very careful if you do business with these people, my girlfriend paid them over $600 For their program then got in a car accident and had to have a back surgery when she was ready to start her program they told her, her credit had expired! This company does nothing but lie about your contract that you're in my wife had to leave the country for two months and they still took payments after we sent a letter after going to the office they said that they sent Mark multiple emails I went through her email. Don't waste your money. They do not teach you how to eat normal foods you purchase at the grocery store. You lose weight as you eat the artificial bars, soups etc they demand that you purchase. You can follow a Keto plan on your own and lose the weight! read more
