Will never use them again, I went in the first day and was told they didn't have it but it would be in the next day so I asked if they could call me when it was because I live 30 min away. Didn't get any call and had to be there on Friday so I went in to check, I was told it wasn't there and she didn't know when it would be. Was not in the least bit concerned about helping me. She was rude and didn't even finish our conversation she just acted like I wasn't there. So I waited until Monday and called, it would only let me leave a voicemail so I did and got no call. I called again on Tuesday, left the voicemail and was called a bit later. I explained it all to her and she said it went through insurance and I said I told the first person I spoke to the first day that I was paying cash that I didn't want it to go through insurance. After a long hold another person says it was had been there and told me the price. She asked if I wanted it and I said yes that was what I originally said in the first place. I'm not sure why I had to go through all of that to get a prescription, especially if I'm just paying cash. Should have been an easy transaction but they made it extremely difficult and unpleasant. I would not recommend this pharmacy, makes me appreciate my Walgreens pharmacy in sapulpa. Never again!!!
