I drove over 20 minutes 3 different times to get my prescription but they kept saying it wasn't called in- the doctor's office even called to see why they were saying it was never called in when it was in fact called in. Why are you calling to say my prescription is ready if ypu claim it was never called in? When I expressed my frustration having to come there 3 different times Rachel snapped back saying there were several other pharmacies in the area I could use. Then she lied to the pharmacist saying I was being rude and swore at her and wanted to know if she could "refuse the sale" - doing all this within earshot of me. Going to another pharmacy is exactly what I did. Rick's pharmacy didn't lose my script and had it filled within 10 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this pharmacy at all costs. And to Rachel- bless your heart.
