One of the most challenging pharmacies I have ever called on. Time after time my prescriptions have been delayed, messed up, inappropriately transferred or just not there. The staff tries but are severely overworked which, in turn, is taken out on the paying CUSTOMER! Management has had its ups and downs and definitely struggles. I wish I could give zero stars to this establishment. I have been here multiple times and every time it's a gosh darn nightmare. They seem to always be very busy and very understaffed. I don't believe I've ever had a not even good but normal experience. There is always an issue with them not being able to find my prescription or them not been able to see my insurance. Unfortunately through my work I am forced to use cvs as my primary pharmacy. I'm sure there will many more cvs disasters in the future for me. read more

Seriously there are a couple of nice people in the pharmacy, your lucky to catch them there. Not very customer friendly nor are they very accurate or fast. Can't wait for Medicare and hope to get to change my pharmacy. They all must hate their jobs read more

This is, without a doubt the worst pharmacy I have ever used. In the last 5 years they have lost prescriptions (both digital and physical), delayed orders of much needed medications, and blamed doctors and customers alike for their own failings. They can't seem to figure out even the most basic insurance issues and attempted to charge me full price for several medications. Additionally they once made me wait 2 and a half weeks for a medication that they actually had in stock but had misplaced. Their pharmacists have limited and outdated knowledge of medications and can answer very few questions. This is the pharmacy from hell and is run by incompetent lawn gnomes. read more

Went in to get a box of needles for my insulin. After getting home I realized that the technician had given me the wrong kind. Went back the next day to exchange & get the right ones. They wouldn't exchange even though it was their mistake. The technician told the pharmacist that it was their mistake. He said no & kept on working. Needless to say, I didn't buy the right needles from them. Their mistake cost me $51. It will cost them more than that in the business they lost from me & anyone else that doesn't like poor customer service. read more

I'm from out of state and use CVS. The reviews made me hesitant about using this pharmacy. Luckily I was pleasantly surprised. My order was filled very quickly, especially compared to my CVS at home, and was done with a smile. read more

The employees make made me feel uncomfortable that I almost left without buying anything. Except I felt it would be more awkward if I didn't buy something. I was swatching lipstick on my wrist that I planned on buying until the employee asked me, not kindly, to stop and if I want to swatch to go across the street to ulta.. this is not the first time employees made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, they did not give me the "buy I get one free" on Halloween candy. read more

The pharmacist at this store was a major pain. I gave them a perfectly valid prescription written in OK and presented valid OK ID. I explained that I was in town for the weekend and the prescription had run out. He waited until 20 minutes before the pharmacy closed to call and say that he would not fill the prescription until he could verify it with my physician. It was a Saturday so he wasn't going to be able to verify the script before I needed to return home. I had to blast across town to get the prescriptions back before the pharmacy closed since I didn't wanted to have to interrupt the event I was in town to attend to go back in the morning. I hope I never have to refill a prescription at a CVS again. read more

Pharmacy service, while friendly, is slower than whoever would lose in a snail/slug race.

I tried using this pharmacy when I moved to town in 2015, since I used CVS years ago in another state, but unfortunately, this one isn't run well. Literally, every time I went to get a prescription, it was late. I once walked the store for an hour after being told it would take 20 minutes to fill something. The next time, I sat in the drive-through, at the window, for over 10 minutes while they tried to find my prescription, which was supposed to be ready an hour earlier. They never seemed to have more than 2 people working in the pharmacy, which is probably the issue. I have switched to Walgreens and am much happier with their service. I will say the employees are friendly, and the rest of the store is clean and well-stocked, so it's a fine place to pick up shampoo or Tylenol, but I would avoid the pharmacy. read more
