It states on their websit that if the patron cancels it is a $20 fee to reschedule. I absolutely had to take the class that day or forgo a job offer. I also had a death in the family and could not take the class on the first daye offered after the cancelation. Did they give a refund? No. Did they give at least a $20 refund. They don't have that much integrity. Call the American Heart Association. They can send you to honest people.
