I first noticed the cute dog statue on the corner while coming in. This place didn't have any truck parking and there's no diesel pumps at this location. We came in bobtailing so it was no problem. The building is nice sized and filled with many options to choose from to eat. We got our fountain soda's first. It was great to see they had The Grill inside, where you can place orders on several electronic screens. We just wanted something quick for lunch. There were several places to get cold foods and the donuts were all sold out. We both opted for something hot and found the the restaurant inside has a tall hotbox filled with chicken strips and bites, pizza among some other food. We found our "x" tape on the floor and waited to get checked out. The cashier was polite, the store looked clean and pretty well stocked. I'd be happy to come back here if we needed to. read more

This was my first stop out of Texas, the land where Buc-ee's reigns supreme. My curiosity got the best of me as I started seeing the signs and advertisements on the road, kind of like the beaver gas station, but not on the same grand scale. This location is about 2 hours north of the border of TX and OK. They boasted the cleanest bathrooms. I had to check it out. It was a decent sized gas station with a good amount of pumps. The huge dug statue out front is what I guess their mascot is. The outside was well maintained and clean. They also has gated off areas for dogs to run free and do their business. Inside was spacious with the usual things like snacks, coffee and fountain drink stations, roller dogs, and other gas station items. The real test was the bathroom. Was it the cleanest? Buc-ee's wins that competition. The air was a little rough in the bathroom and needed some better ventilation. Paper towels were littered on the floor, but that's equally the customer's fault too. OnCue seems to have the Oklahoma area covered quit well as I saw them quite a bit on my route. Overall, it was a good option on the route as well. I'd stop in on any of their locations again if in the area. read more

I have not gone to a single one of your establishments that was not perfectly in order. Always clean, all food and beverage fresh, bathrooms clean and plenty of people working. This On Cue is great for pet parents! They have a fenced in doggie area just for Fido to stretch his legs a bit. I've not seen this at other gas stations before. They also have plenty of grass in the front of the station if you prefer to keep Fido on a leash. The inside seems bigger than other On Cues. They have a "grill" here where you can order fast food made-to-order. They also have all the standard rolling hot dogs & standard gas station fare / fountain sodas / drinks in coolers. The women's bathrooms were not the cleanest On Cue bathrooms, but they were far from bad. They had TP, soap, + hand sanitizer. This location is busy. But you can get in and out. The staff was nice enough and able to provide assistance. read more

This place was hopping when I went inside. Bathrooms were clean and so was the store. Very nice On Cue. They also have a small doggy area! The staff was working fast and they were very helpful. We like on cues because we can get our flex fuel reasonably priced. Definitely will stop here again. read more

Don't be duped. The pump will offer to sell you a car wash with four choices of service. You will buy a car wash, drive around looking for where to get said wash, ask someone who works there, and finally find out that they don't HAVE a car wash. read more

I left my wallet at some point on a Friday morning. I called the next day when I realized I couldn't find it. An employee or customer turned in my wallet to the manager. The manager had attempted to find me on Facebook. They kept it for me. Not one card was missing, and all the cash was still there! Also their bathrooms are crazy clean! read more

I'm traveling and I stopped at this location for gas. Hugo was extremely rude and the store was very dirty.

On Cue is usually fantastic. This one, however, was not. The ladies' restroom wasn't dirty but NONE of the soap dispensers worked! Neither did the hand sanitizer! So now I'm totally grossed out by the entire place. How many people have used the bathroom & didn't wash their hands?! I can't even right now. read more

What an amazing place! Great place for the traveling dogs. There is a cute little dog park area for your furry companion to run off leash and stretch their legs. Service was friendly. Love this place, best gas station ever. So much more than a gas station. I love their hot dogs, so hard to believe, but, they have the best hot dogs, SERIOUSLY. And their cherry slurpee is the best, most refreshing flavor I've ever had, lol. Need beer on a hot sweety day, take a walk into their walk in beer-land, talk about cooling off fast! In addition, one never has to wait for a gas pump, though they are super busy. Why. you ask? Because they have lots and lots of pumps. Who knew a "gas station" could be so fun. I like the store & people, but the Grill isn't doing it for me. I wasn't impressed the 1st time I had their hamburger, but thought I'd give it another try. I couldn't taste or really find the mayo & ketchup, lettuce looked like a shriveled up leaf, no cheese that I asked for, and the ring of onion on it was so big it fell off & there was no way it was going to stay on at that point. Sorry, but I'll stick to fast food restaurants for my burgers. read more

This location recently opened and I visited it for the first time this morning to buy a fountain drink. It was clean and quite, foot traffic was light, and I didn't have any problem making my purchase. My only complaints were that the ice dispensers for the drinks are slow and the drink lids were mixed up. Otherwise, this is a nice OnCue Express. read more

There's a guy working here named Steven who will throw a fit and act like it's the worst thing in the world if he actually has to do his job and help. I asked him a question and his response was "honestly I don't care, this isn't my store." There was another customer in the store that heard his response to me and instantly just left. I laughed and paid for the things I'd already gotten just for him to wad my receipt up and throw away rudely without even asking if I wanted it. Fine example of the upstanding service at OnCue I guess. Obviously I wouldn't have gotten on here to write a good review but man it does take a super kind of douchebag to get me to waste time writing a bad review on here either. This place is impeccably clean and filled with a large variety of deli sandwiches, yogurts, fruits, and other healthy foods, as well as every drink you can imagine. Restrooms are clean, well-lit, and well attended, one of the nicest road stops we have been in along the I-35. Not Buc-ee's level, but close. Five road oasis stars. read more

Filthiest ladies room ever been in at an On Cue. Sanitary napkin bins literally overflowing, floor visibly filthy (needs a good mopping inside and outside all stalls), and paper napkins and water strewn about. First time visiting this location and disappointed, as the one thing you can "usually" count on with On Cue is cleanliness. read more

Rude people at the grill. They don't have the hours for the grill and it seem to be closed all the time morning or afternoon

New station near me on Waterloo Rd and Interstate 35. Went there this morning to fill up before getting on the road. Upon my return I passed a dozen gas stations and still chose to return to this specific station for diesel and drinks. Pulled up to pump no. 4. There was fuel spilled in front of pump which made concrete slick and got my shoes dirty. Thought nothing else of it and proceeded to use my debit card at the pump. Typed my zip and immediately got "see cashier" message. Thinking i typed the zip wrong, I swiped card again and got exact same message. Paged attendant, and she said "I am coming out to help you". Attendant comes out and says "you have used your card too many times and you have to come in and prepay" I told her "this is the whole point of pay-at-the -pump." Up to this point I can understand any and all issues are part of life and ok to blame policies and computers for not letting transaction go thru. Then attendant starts mumbling and started walking off, no apology, not interested in hearing anything I had to say. I drove my truck and park in front of store so as not to block pump and went inside to see a manager. Manager comes to talk to me and cashier continues to mouth off in a loud voice to third associate running register while I was talking to manager. This is FYI to corporate managers responsible for that store. Needless to say an apology is in order and maybe some additional coaching for associate that decided to run her mouth. read more
