When we decided to list our house for sale, Ingrid came out, looked at our house, and gave us a list of things to fix. She gave us an idea of what she would list our house for if we fixed everything vs. leaving it as is. Once we got the repairs done, she had a photographer take pictures of our home and had some very professional-looking brochures made up. She also suggested that we list the house as "coming soon" while we were finishing everything up. Within ONE DAY, we had a contract on our house for full asking price. Since our house sold fast, we had to quickly find somewhere to move. Ingrid arranged her schedule so we could go look at houses at the most convenient time for my husband and I. Unlike when we bought our first house, Ingrid didn't show us a bunch of houses outside our budget; she actually told us not to get discouraged because she could find us the house we wanted in our price range. We only had to go out looking once to find the house we wanted. I can't count how many times Ingrid told us, "Don't worry, I'll take care of it." Ingrid is a very assertive negotiator and made sure everything was done just right and for the right price. She also has a ton of experience and a huge network of people she works with, so no matter what problem popped up, she always had someone to refer us to. We called her many times panicking about one issue or another, but she took care of everything, and we were able to close on both houses the same day without a hitch. Ingrid's knowledge, dedication and professionalism are invaluable and I highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My entire experience working with her was extremely pleasant! At the time, I was traveling back and forth out of town to be with my ill grandfather. All the while, ReShawna diligently continued looking for my perfect home, which allowed me to concentrate on being grandfather. Then, on 10/11/12 I closed on my house & become a homeowner! Since then, ReShawna has become our family Realtor. She listed & sold my mom's house in Dumfries, VA in 1 week & found her a beautiful home in Upper Marlboro MD. She also listed & sold my Godparent's house in Ft. Washington MD within 1 week! ReShawna has also helped several of my friends list & sell their homes in record time. Currently, she is helping me and 2 of my family members find our forever homes. It's a crazy market and ReShawna knows how to work in it! Her services aren't simply listing & selling homes. She & her team ensure that your house is ready for the market by staging it beautifully! If you're a buyer, She makes sure that you're not about to purchase a "money pit" house. We sold above list price, with no contingencies, at a time when 3 nearly identical homes were also on the market -- and ours sold for more than all of them. In fact, of all comparable homes sold within 90 days, ours achieved the highest price per square foot. And this was with mostly original windows, yellow vinyl siding, an ancient furnace, and an aging roof! From the beginning, Sandra and Alex provided strategic advice that was truly invaluable. They helped us prioritize which improvements would give us the best return and referred us to excellent professionals -- a painting company, hardwood floor refinishers, and carpet installers. Alex's expertise with technology and marketing brought maximum exposure -- the photo quality, order, and online presentation were fantastic and drove lots of buyer interest. They also patiently worked with us when our timeline shifted by a week. What really stood out was how professional, detail-oriented, and available they were throughout the process. We never felt any pressure -- just helpful recommendations and guidance. Sandra is an outstanding negotiator. She proactively reached out to generate multiple offers, and expertly leveraged them to help us select the best one with the highest likelihood of closing quickly and smoothly. We interviewed 3 excellent local agents, but Sandra and Alex clearly stood out. Their preparation was incredibly detailed (almost too thorough -- they love what they do!). Having two highly skilled professionals on our side gave us great peace of mind. Their commission was very fair, and the level of service we received was exceptional. If you want a team that works tirelessly, brings expert strategy, and delivers fantastic results -- Sandra and Alex are it!

Through it all, there was never a time that my wife or I could ever imagine a better shepherd to lead us through the difficult and convoluted process of home sales.
