As with some of the other reviewers I was originally concerned by a lot of turnover in the organization and at times response time several years ago was not as quick as I wanted it to be. However over the last year I believe that Weichert Property Management has turned a corner with some new players on the team. Most particularly, my direct property manager Kristin has been responsive, professional and has done a great job navigating a difficult tenant relationship. She even provided her personal cell phone for after hours/urgent response. That is something that no previous property manager ever did. Property Manager- Alexander Jamieson I could not have gotten through my first year as a Landlord without Weichert Property Management. Alexander Jamieson was assigned to be my Property Manager. He explains what I need to do. He helps me to stay calm. He does inspections twice a year, or whenever something happens. He takes pictures so that we'll have documentation of what's going on with the property. He has met with me several times to exchange paperwork; etc. He has been an excellent source of help in making things run smoothly with my property. i don't know what I would have done without him. After I moved overseas in 1989, I retained ownership of my N.J. townhouse and Weichert Property Mgt supported the rental of my unit for over 30 years. I am quite satisfied with the service they provided. Recently I sold the townhouse with Weichert acting as my sales agent. The support was at a very high level. Weichert's sales agent provided a seamless coordination with the Property Management side of the business.
