Vegan pizza
Lynn R.

I'm never disappointed eating at Wegmans. Today, my friend and I tried the vegan pizza. The crust was made from cauliflower and we ordered the white cheese, garlic and ricotta. The pizza took about 20 minutes to bake. We shopped and also got a chicken salad to share. The pizza was so dang good. I can't wait to try the pesto and other special pizzas they make. Wegmans has it going on.

Wegmans is by far my favorite grocery store. There's just no comparison. I love that the store is divided into sections. My last couple of visits started in the cafe area. I ordered a build your own poke bowl at the sushi making area. The employees are always nice and ask questions regarding my order. It's a simple process. Once ordering is complete, I pay for the bowl and sit in the cafe area. Seating is comfortable and the area is usually always clean. I especially enjoy the free water and ice station. After enjoying my poke bowl (see pic), I began grocery shopping. I usually always go the turkey section to look for tenderloin or a breast. The deli section is great. It offers a variety of selections. The produce section is the real star here. The produce at Wegman's is always fresh and full of options. I usually spend a lot of time in this area. Wegmans has its own brand of a number of products. I recommend trying Wegman's teas, pasta, sauces and yogurts. I haven't been let down yet.

Overall this a great grocery store, but just reviewjng the in house dining here. We love the variety of options Wegmans offers for a meal! We had a maple onion cheeseburger, fries, and two slices of pizza. The pizza were garlic cheese and truffle. That truffle pizza is absolutely packed with flavor! The garlic cheese was good too. The burger was good. Very juicy and the onion and maple flavors work well. The fries were crispy and tasty. Overall, this is a great spot to have a lunch or dinner with tons of options and high quality foods at decent prices.

Love this store. Highlights are the charcuterie, and bakery. I can always pick up a decent salad for lunch as well. Shout out to Lisa the bakery manager, who offered to bake some sfogliatelle when I inquired, but since I was en route to work I couldn't wait the 25 minutes to take her up on that. She then stated she'd put some aside for me to pick up later. So cool. Even though Wegmans is a big grocery chain, they know how to appeal to their customers.

Produce

Wegmans is a good grocery chain as they go. This one is larger than most, and I found plenty worth buying in the produce selection. The have a lot of prepared food that doesn't usually meet my needs, but also an abundance of household convenience items. I found checkout easy and the bathrooms clean. The sales were few and far between when I visited and like most people I eye my grocery bill with trepidation, but this is a pretty nice place to spend one's food budget.

So overcooked could barely take a bite out of half of it.

I know Wegmans is capable of making a delicious Crispy Chicken sandwich because I've had one but it doesn't seem to be the case anymore. The last one I had was extremely overcooked, I sent a complaint from my Wegmans account, someone called me (I was impressed) and said they would discuss and make improvements. Today (months later) I had my first one since then and it was barely edible it was so overcooked. I will not be trying again. (The do have the best fries though)

The store is enormous -- like actually surprisingly so -- it is bigger than a Super Walmart. Well they did have to buy-out two car dealerships to build it. All the stuff seems a bit expensive. And then there is the food-court that is super duper duper expensive! I bought a fifteen dollar sandwich that was bad.

Great choices of meats, cold cuts, cheese, ready made food, and Everyday supplies. It's like an upscale target combined with Trader Joe's.

I bought an apple pie at Wegman's the other day. It was rancid. They wouldn't take it back. Otherwise, it's a great store.

It's so heartwarming to see ALL LOCAL vendors at this location considering the development going on in and around Franklin St with multiple chain restaurants and stores coming up every other week. I was there on the opening weekend so this place wasn't completely functional yet. But I still had a chance to look around and taste some food too. I had a gluten-free cannoli from pizzelle bakery (everything here is GF) and it was awesome! The other vendors include: *Soul Cocina *Vegan Flava Cafe *Common Bar Area * Pizzelle Bakery * Rumi Persian Cafe * Left Bank Butchery * Chocolatey Confections There's a great outdoor seating area too. Can't wait to check this place out when it's fully operational.

I think it is a shared lot because the restaurant was pretty empty during my visit today. i have visited twice now (jan 2026 & may 2026) and i order a decent amount of food for the table to share. Both times, every plate has been room temperature. Thats super disappointing especially since the Korean dishes we ordered are typically served very hot (and in clay pots). It would be fine if my food was even remotely warm, but that hasnt been the case for either of my visits. Our food took a very long time to come out, which would have also been fine had the food came out hot, so i am wondering why it took so long to send out cold food? Also, for some reason there was a strong odor of some sort permeating through the beer hall. I couldnt place what it was but it was not pleasant for me. I feel like i am rarely sensitive to smells but i had to spritz a perfume to mask it. It might've just been a cleaning product or something, not sure. Something to note is that you have to pay for the banchan here. This is typically served with your meals for no additional cost as they are considered 'essential' to your meal. So a charge for them was surprising for me.

We arrived around noon on a busy beautiful Sunday! There's plenty of seating both inside and on their outdoor wrap around patio. Foster's has an old rustic charm, kind of like a general store but on a larger scale. So, you order at the counter with one of their many staffers, they call your name when it's ready if you ordered to go, or they walk around to the tables calling out your name if you choose to dine there! I had the Farm Plate, which was 2 eggs your way, a meat, their famous herb biscuit and your choice of grits or potatoes. I chose scrambled hard with cheese eggs, chicken sausage patties and cheese grits. It was just ok. The food was good, not like OMG! My friend had the Breakfast Burrito and it was again, just ok. They have a variety of options to choose from. Maybe we just picked the most basic ones. Nothing is out of the ordinary. Everything looks delicious and we really should have tried a dessert, but didn't. I would go back to give them another chance, but I'm not rushing. They have local goods, like honey, jams, chocolates, sauces for sale as well as wine and lots of other goods. It's super family friendly and a great place to sit and enjoy someone's company or your own, o just didn't have a spectacular experience.

Although it's a relatively small store, they pack a lot into it, and the set-up encourages the flow of traffic to proceed in a predictable manner, which makes the shopping experience much more pleasant. They are very well-staffed, and even when its quite busy, the lines for check-out move quickly (and they have a lot of lanes). The music is at an appropriate level, too, which is always appreciated. My only complaint is that they seem to have stopping carrying the meatless meatballs, which as your local vegan is rather devastating (imo, TJs meatless meatballs are some of the best in class). I'm holding out hope it will return as they cycle goods through, however! Bonus: The employees do a yearly christmas dance? A delight. Video attached!

This is one of the few places where you can buy frozen meals and actually feel like you're eating something good. They have options from just about every cuisine you can think of, and the food always hits. Is it the healthiest? Probably not. Can you do a full grocery run here? Maybe, but you'll likely need to swing by Wegmans or Harris Teeter for fresh produce. Still, when it comes to frozen meals, snacks, and quick bites, Trader Joe's is unmatched. You can fill your freezer for weeks and spend less than $100.
