In covering all the aspects of the party I thought about the possibility of weather issues. So I decided a tent would be the solution. I called around for a couple of quotes but after speaking to Justin from Magnif-A-Tent I knew I was heading in the right direction. When the guest list was completed we had 125 guests coming. Not being exactly sure of what size tent we would need, Justin came to my house to measure out the yard to find the best location and to see how big a tent we would need. He laid out a plan for a 30 x 60 tent with an adjoining 20 x 20 tent for a dance floor, and for good measure a 10 x 10 tent for the DJ. Justin and his crew showed up Friday morning and spent 7 hrs setting up these tents along with tables, linens and chairs. Saturday morning it was raining and Justin and another fellow showed up early in the morning to double check that everything was perfect and we would have no problems. The party began and the weather cooperated as best it could. Party was fabulous and went off without a hitch because of Magnif-A-Tent. Do I recommend them. Well if you have to ask then you haven't read this review. If I every need a tent there's only one number I'll call.

As soon as we got in, all we smelled was sweat and BO and it was clear this unit has not really been cleaned in a while and was old. This unit was zip tied together and had some blood stains inside from who knows how long ago. I did bring it up the owner but after the party was over and the unit was picked up already and he said he would clean it himself. Rented a Waterslide for a backyard birthday party (11am-3pm). Bald man setting up even confirmed that our party was from 11am-3pm. When the water slide was set up, we were told that they would be back at night for pick up. The guys showed up at 2:45pm, I happened to be outside, I said to them, wow you guys are early?!? I was approached with the excuse that they were checking to see how the slide was doing. I said come on in, thinking they would check and leave since they said pick up would be at night. They walked into the backyard with a large hand truck, bald man went straight to my hose and closed the water knob from my home to the hose, walked over to the slide, told us that the water line was too high, to which I advised that he pointed to a specific seam and not the sides, he did admit that he only pointed to one seam and apologized for being wrong, told us to tell the kids that are currently on the slide to get one last trip down since they needed to pack up. I told the bald man that they were early! He acted like he didn't know the time and asked what time is it? I said, 2:53pm and politely asked if they could please leave the party and wait outside to which I will call them at 3pm when the party was scheduled to be over. All of this happened while the party was still going on, party guests were stunned at the behavior and unprofessionalism. At exactly 3pm, I personally went outside and went to get them, I thought this was very unprofessional and will not be renting anything from this company again or referring anyone to them. Horrible company. Will not use again and would highly recommend another route…read more All-around upsetting experience. A friend recommended this company for my daughter's birthday party. The bounce house was delivered the day before and we were given explicit instructions for setting it up the next day. The guys setting it up were great. They also said there wasn't much gas and not to turn it on until right before the party. The day of the party, I called, concerned that there wasn't enough gas for the whole party. I was told not to turn it on until 30 minutes before the party started. We did as instructed and the bounce house would not blow up. Further, the blowers kept tripping the breaker on the generator. I called the company and they said someone could come out to look at it in two hours (at 4 pm), the party was slated to end at 4:30. I had a group of four year olds standing around at my daughter's birthday party. My daughter was crying. My stepdad missed the entire first hour of the party trying everything to get the house to blow up. Finally, halfway through the party, my stepdad was able to rig one blower to an outlet that allowed it to blow up. The house still looked fairly deflated and we were incredibly nervous about whether or not it was safe for kids to use. A representative of the company showed up a few minutes later, and said it looked fine and left. He offered to fix it but it was too late at that point, the party was about over, and there was no point. I also found it alarming that they were completely fine with a novice (my stepdad) rigging a solution without any form of inspection or oversight. We called to ask for a partial refund as we were unable to even use the bounce house for 75% of the party, and the other half of the party was spent worrying about the fact that only one blower worked. We were not only told no, we were told WE were wrong for still having someone come out to check on the safety of the bounce house when it was still clearly functioning incorrectly! The friend who recommended this company also recommended Jump and Slide (https://www.jumpandslide.net/). I will definitely try them next year!
