When I tell you! These folks saved my lawn. I use to envy beautiful luxurious greens lawns, now my neighbors envy me. Truth be told, the results DO NOT happen over night. After the first application, you will notice the weeds dying, but you got to be in the game for a minute ( as in a year ) consistent care both on their part one on yours because it's not just a one person solution. These days, they are automatically in the house budget as a necessity. As it the lawn is repairing, don't abuse by not watering or cutting as they recommend. Be gentle with it, and your neighbors will be talking about you behind your back. Thank you Baily Brown for working with me. read more

Even one star is too much for them. They charged me twice for core aeration which I never asked for! When I complained the manager call me and promise he will resolved the problem within one week. Off course he did not resolve anything. I found out they make me wait with them for another week to charge me for my monthly fee. Unprofessional and overpriced service. I would not recommend for any one read more

Received and email for a Prepay discount if paid in full on and I did take opportunity of the discount offered to me and paid in full on 1/2/26 and deleted the email because I did not think they would want a proof that I was offered the discount and did not give me a discount as promised and got some new rates for a prepay plan which I eventually did.in spite of that, come the 9th, I was charged for my monthly service again. I kept calling for 2 days just to a get a hold of a live person to speak with and get my refund but I was told that without the proof that the discount was offered to me, I would have to pay a higher price which I reluctantly did and that was my new prepay discounted rate. WAs upset that they did not keep the promise for the original offer in the email that I received. And I was told that there will be no refund issued to me as that would be combined with what I paid as a prepay discounted amount, but future payments will be stopped for the full year and I hope that I don't have to deal with the headache of trying to contact them for a fraudulent charge on my card. I will be back to update if I see the credit card has been charged again. read more

I had a great phone experience with Bailey Brown yesterday. She called to check in on our lawn's progress. When I explained what we were seeing, she was able to offer a program to address it at a fair price. Not usually a fan of sales calls, but in this case she was able to see a lot of information about our particular home and provide me with a credible solution, which I appreciate. read more

We just wanted to share our experience with The Weed Man Lawn Care Company. We've been using Weed Man for several seasons now and I have to give them credit a solid 10 out of 10! They are always on time, keeping us informed through text and email and their technicians are friendly and professional. Their technology is a liquid grass feed supplement mixed with a treatment that nourishes and treats the grass all in one, which is superior to what my family and I have experienced. Our grass looks incredible! Thank you, Mr Weed Man read more

This company ghost me several times and continued to charge me. One time during digital learning I was home with my daughter and witnessed the guy making one stripe on one side of my yard and placing their sign and leaving. Even the new technician that came told me that the previous employee was not performing the service and had been ghosting accounts. Now with the second technician not sure what he did but I continue to have weeds in my yard. A supervisor came and said he wouldn't pay for these services that are not beautifying my lawn or killing the weeds. Even with a supervisor inspection of the work that wasn't being delivered they continued to want payment rendered. This is after 18 months of poor service. I typically don't leave reviews but this is a horrible service. Please stay away from this company. Have to choose a star to post review read more

Please beware of door to door Weed Control / Yard Fertilization companies. We hired Weed Man USA and the damage to our lawn was significant. Although these pictures are from 2 different angles, it's the same yard 1 year apart! After reporting the dissatisfaction, they fired us as a customer. Hope this helps someone! read more

Weed Man - Damage to our yard - Pest Control Near Me - Roswell, Georgia

The worst lawn care service I have ever had. They are extremely rude and pompous. They tout coming back out as many times they have to but guess what, Unlimited Lawn Care and others I've used only come out once. I paid the bill in full for a year, and EVERY SINGLE time, they came out, weeds mysteriously appeared, and I had to call them back out. Guess what though, it's not very easy to get in touch with someone to have them come back out. I had to call 4 to 5 times after paid treatments to receive retreatments due to weeds that I did not have before. I also had to call back because one of their technicians burned my yard and lied about it saying it was chinch bugs. A supervisor came out and verified it was, in fact, burned by the last technician. I also complained to them because they constantly robocall you and when you answer no one says anything. I would definitely find another servicer for your lawn. read more

Bailey Brown has been a pleasure to speak with, she seems to be knowledge of the product and addressed all of our concerns. They have been out countless times to treat and re-treat for weeds and I still have a lot of weeds. I also have mosquito control service and the tech leaves my gate wide open after countless messages for my profile that it is imperative to close the gate completely else my dogs will escape. I have tried to speak with someone in the local office but time and time again I get connected to an answering service in the PHILIPPINES!! Their sales people are quick to call to try and upsell me on services but I find it next to impossible to get a customer service person at an office here who will help me. They have one more chance to make good on their service else it is adios. UPDATE: I received a call back from a manager regarding the gate situation. Let's hope it doesn't happen again! read more

You can NEVER depend on them showing up when they are suppose to. They were suppose to arrive today and didn't AND tech lied to company saying he was here. I certainly don't recommend this company. Going to cancel and use someone else more reliable. read more

Weedman as a company has poor morals and values. They really dropped the ball on my account and I am proud to take my business to Northwest. Weedman customer service is a complete joke. I signed a 1 year contract with them. When I received a invoice for the next year I contacted them to work on getting a better rate/ bundle services to include aeration. Weedman could not come to the table with a better price so I did not agree to use them. They then tried to invoice me for the next year and continued to come to my house when I did NOT approve them to treat my yard. Bunch of crooks. Take your business to Northwest. I have attached a photo of the first treatment also where they burn my yard by over applying their solution. Thanks for nothing read more
