Store is always clean and organized which unfortunately is not the norm amongst comic books shops. For the most part they are friendly and willing to answer any question. It took over 3 weeks for the item to get a tracking number (shipping from their warehouse apparently takes longer than if they have stock in a store - per CS). CS is not very responsive, and apparently communication between the stores and warehouse is almost non-existent, leading to not being able to get answers or problems solved in a timely manner... I sure hope my item goes out... I guess I've figured out why they don't give the store phone number out, lol. UPDATE: Order confirmed July 11, ORIGINAL estimated delivery date July 18. I played my first Magic game at this store and a super cool guy came in to play with us and he was even a judge for their Magic tournaments which was super great since he was incredibly helpful for me learning the game. The ambiance and decor is amazing, I love their selections of drinks and gachapon.
