poor experience with this company. have attempted numerous phone calls, with voice messages left, and have not received a response. We reserved a bedside bassinet and wanted to shorten our reservation (surprise - things changes with babies!). We had not yet even used the bassinet when we requested a return. It is understandable that we pay some sort of penalty but the lack of costumer service (ie: not responding to our phone calls) and understanding is disappointing. Would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

These guys are excellent. We've used their services twice in the last few months, renting a playpen, a dining booster seat, two car booster seats, an inflatable toddler bed, and even sand toys for the beach! All the material is of good quality, and they deliver and pick up afterwards, even on Sundays. The people are courteous and cheerful -- a pleasure to deal with. While the convenience of not having to lug around your baby gear is nice, the attitude and bad customer service from this place is not worth it. Our drop off was 45 minutes late, and the person who dropped our stuff off was PISSED that we mentioned this fact. Yes, it could've been more late, but it's still late and worth noting when you're in the business of dropping stuff off when people are relying on you. This is a great company with amazing service !! My family was visiting from Australia for 3 weeks and I needed a car seat for an old car that had NO anchor points. Helene was SO helpful and found a car seat that easily and securely attached to the seat belt only. The seat was in perfect condition and it was very easy to collect and drop off. This is a fantastic service for anyone traveling with a baby. Those of us with young children know the kind of crazy enormous amounts of stuff you have to lug around and who wants to bring all that on a plane ?! I sound like I work for them, but I really don't. I found their service on the internet and used them for our recent trip to Victoria and Vancouver. We actually only needed one vital piece of equipment for both cities and Wee Travel was amazing to deal with from start to finish. It was a very last minute request and it was convenient that I could just email Jennifer in Victoria and she set up the rental and got me in touch with the Vancouver office as well. Both Jennifer and Shana in Vancouver were very patient and accommodating of our last minute request. The bed rails we ended up renting arrived on time, were clean and in perfect working order. We had them arrange delivery and pick up so returning the rails was as easy as leaving them at the front desk of the hotel. I came here with a girlfriend of mine to pick out a stroller. I call these strollers the SUV of strollers. You know the kind that annoys the f*ck out of other patrons on transit...yes one of these strollers. I will admit that they do hold a lot, especially if you have twins. Very $$$. I almost forgot to leave a review of our experience with Wee Travel when we traveled there August, 2016. The booking was easy; we rented a travel system (infant carseat with attachment to stroller) with them. Upon arrival to the Vancouver airport, we get an email advising they have left the travel system and the airport storage (which we took us 45 mins to get as it was lined up). Once we got it, we could not figure out how the adaptor worked with the stroller and the pieces didn't fit together. We contacted Helene and she kept advising us to read the manual (which we did). it ended up being the WRONG adaptor! another 30 minute wasted. She then said she was not in the office and will deliver part to our hotel the next day. The next day, she dropped off the piece at the front desk and it was STILL THE WRONG ADAPTOR. She proceeded to tell us the stroller is functional without the adaptor for an infant and sent us more manuals and we googled youtube videos as well. Yes, we know that but sometimes, with a sleeping baby, it is easier to transport the carseat and click to stroller vs physically taking the baby out of carseat and put in stroller. We are not first time parents...this is our 3rd kid. We were in the city for 4 days and was dealing with this for over 3 days. Helene then proceeded to give a $20 discount to compensate...hahahh....we told her it wasn't the point. Never once did she physically meet us to see the parts or showed us how to use it even though she was at the airport and IN OUR HOTEL. NEVER DEALING WITH THESE GUYS AGAIN! I've rented at San diego on 4 occasions, and twice in Hawaii. This was our first worst experience and hope no one will experience this and waste their time on this company or Helene. read more
