We were with a different practice out of Morgantown and it was a nightmare. They were going to charge us $13-15k for my daughter dental surgery at Christmas time. It took 8 months to even get in for the surgery and by the time it was time for surgery they told us it would be $14k and my poor daughters teeth were getting worse. The scheduling is constantly changed. On multiple occasions I've shown up for my appointment, just to find out it was rescheduled or changed without notice. We used to live across the street but moved out to Round Hill last year and still make the drive as we aren't willing to switch. I remember hating the dentist when I was little. My four year olds love going and actually get excited before an appointment now. So much so that after our last appointment, my daughter told me she wanted to be a dentist when she grows up. :) They are very accommodating and the office vibe is so friendly and warm. The office environment and the thoughtful setup are super appreciated. There are plenty of spaced out waiting areas, and a little nook with a TV playing kids movies. They also have TVs mounted overhead above the seats to keep kids entertained while they do their cleaning. They provide the kids a token at the end of the visit to claim a prize from a toy vending machine. Staff are great with kids, full of tricks and methods to help your child ease through the visit. I also appreciated the extra attention for first time patients, as they showed us around and explained how the visit works. 100000% recommend them!

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, and until recently I had always had…read morepositive experiences. The only negative experience I had prior to the last few visits was years ago with Dr. Marti, who told me I had gingivitis despite the fact that I brush and floss religiously and have always been complimented on my dental health. After that visit, I saw Dr. Hearne for years, and he never mentioned any such issue. After Dr. Hearne retired, I was required to see Dr. Marti again for a cleaning and a cavity filling. Weeks after that filling, the tooth next to the one she worked on chipped. When I came back in, I was frustrated to learn that the appointment was only for her to "look at it," and that I would need to schedule yet another visit to actually fix the problem. When I expressed concern that the chipping occurred shortly after work was done on the neighboring tooth, Dr. Marti told me I should find another dentist--which I did. I left feeling dismissed, uncomfortable, and concerned that issues were being created that did not previously exist. This experience was extremely disappointing after being a loyal patient for two decades. I would avoid this place at all costs which is sad to say. All of the other people that work here are amazing and I will miss them deeply.

I'm always shocked when it's been 6 months since we last walked in but someone remembers a specific item about my family member or myself from that long ago to ask us about. Roxanna is the bomb. She's so sweet, kind, funny-ish . She is knowledgeable in her precession and is always up for a chat while I'm there. Dr Marti is equally as awesome she is so personable and relatable. I've been to several dentists in my time on this Earth and I'd recommend Dr Marti over and over again she's pretty cool.
