Note that I'm only giving 4 stars at the moment because my husband was the patient rather than…read moremyself, so am going mostly by his experience (although I was with him in case he needed a designated driver afterwards). Dear husband came down late last week with an infected tooth that, while not in emergency mode yet, did need fairly immediate attention. Since we didn't have a local dentist we liked, selected one in our area that accepted our dental plan & said they were accepting new patients. We REALLY lucked out. They had an appt. open for yesterday morning at 10:20 a.m., asking us to arrive 20 minutes early for the usual paperwork, etc. We arrived on time to a lovely, clean, well-lit & pleasantly-appointed waiting area with a plethora of reading material (a lot of local horse publications, which really suited me - lol!). Hubby filled out his paperwork, & it was only minutes later when he was ushered in. While waiting for him, I was able to observe the comings & goings of the office & other patients - everything extremely friendly & upbeat. A mere 45 minutes or so later, husband emerged visibly more comfortable, & the dentist who had performed his extraction procedure (Dr. Zopp) was VERY good at explaining what was going on & how we should proceed before the follow-up appt. next week. Husband said that Dr. Zopp could not have been more caring/compassionate, informative, & competent re: what had to be done, & strongly advised me that - dentist-phobic that I am - this was definitely the dentist for me. (I will definitely have to update on that experience in the future - lol!). (It probably also didn't hurt that the dental assistant was an absolutely lovely, sweet, young woman who reminded me somewhat of Christie Brinkley - lol!!) Dental insurance/co-payment stuff was handled quickly & competently, & pricing was reasonable. Am thinking that this dental practice will be ours for many years to come.

Patient for more than twenty years, made an appointment for a cleaning for my wife and I in Feb and…read morein July we both got a text saying our appointment was cancelled for two different reasons. One employee left the practice because her husband got transferred out of state so she moved, the other the hygienist was going to be on vacation. Both of these don't happen in a week - what happened to planning and managing a schedule. This isn't the first time I have had this happen so now I've had enough. Made appt in Feb for a July appt then it gets cancelled - really? No thanks very unprofessional - when I expressed my disgust saying we're finding a new dentist and want our records transferred - "Not a problem, we look forward to it". After twenty plus years as a patient.

Dr Sbeih and Dr Tran have been our family dentist and orthodontist for years and they are…read moreabsolutely the best in every way. I recently had an issue where some other specialist messed up. Dr Sbeih took upon himself to help me and fixed the issue. He's the hardest working dentist I've met and sincerely want to help his patients. Highly recommend!

Everyone at this office is super nice and I have no ill will, but I want to share my experience to…read morevalidate anyone having the same feelings. I came in for a cleaning and the dentist told the assistant to run my xrays through AI. This immediately set off alarm bells for me, as I expect a trained dentist to be able to identify cavities with their eye and not rely on AI, which we know makes mistakes. AI said I had 4 cavities, which I thought sounded like too many because I'm diligent about my dental hygiene. But I went ahead and got two of them filled. On one of the fillings the dentist kept drilling and drilling, and despite being numbed, I could feel it. I raised my hand to say I could feel it and he just stopped and started filling it. I was like - if I hadn't raised my hand, would he have just kept going? I then had persistent pain in the tooth for a week (there was zero pain before) so I went to another dentist for a second opinion. Turns out the dentist had not adjusted the filling to my bite correctly, so the way I was biting was inflaming the nerves in my tooth. Adjusting fillings to bite is Dentistry 101, so why wasn't that done? The new dentist also said he drilled so close to my nerves that I was almost in a root canal situation. Fortunately not, but wow, that really scared me. He also said I only needed one other filling, he didn't at all see this 4th filling I was told I needed. I saw another review on here of a man who was told he needed 7 fillings and then a second opinion said he only needed 4, so this isn't a one-off instance. It seems like this place prioritizes making as much money as possible, and therefore wants to sell as many procedures as possible, regardless of negative health impacts. I was also forced to buy a $30 prescription toothpaste, what a rip-off. They also push their in-house orthodontist heavily on people. I'm happy with my teeth even though they're not perfect, so I was not thrilled about the dentist unprompted telling me all the ways I could make them better with their orthodontist. In this economy?! I'm happy I found another dentist who doesn't put money first.
