My son bought a house that wasn't cared for and was heavily smoked in so the stone flooring was in very bad shape. The flooring wasn't able to be restored, and will now have to be replaced so we could've just not had it cleaned, but it needed it so badly just so we could finish working in the house before ultimately taking the flooring up. The before and after show how well they did and I would absolutely recommend them.

It was a floor model so it came with some bumps, scratches, dirt, and a few stains. I researched around the valley for a company to come give some new life to our new sectional. Lee did an ahhhh-mazing job. Their four step process of cleaning along side with a few spot treatment areas has our couch looking BRIGHT white again. The smell is superb. The whole job was done in an hour. Lee answered all of my questions and gave great advice on keeping it clean. I will be recommending these Sanityz-It to everyone I know. THANK YOU!

Communication with them was good, they called and even send a message through yelp if they couldn't get a hold of you. The technician that came to the house, Lee, was very nice and right away had booties on to keep the floors clean. I didn't even notice till he took them off to go to his van. Our sofa I can honestly say was not on the good side, so I was expecting just a quick clean. Spray a solution, wait for it to saturate, get agitated, then extracted, from what I seen other companies do. So that's what I thought the cleaning process was going to go with what I got quoted. Lee went above and beyond expectations and did a wonderful job cleaning the sofa. It did take him awhile which had me worried a bit, but he got some stains out that I did not think would come off since I tried washing some of the covers through the washer. Overall I would recommend to give this company a try and for heads up, them a photo of what you need done to get even better and quicker response. Not only do they do upholstery, they do other things as well. 10/10

I made some other calls to get price comparisons, and these guys beat the competition by $40 or $50 easily. They cleaned three bedrooms, four closets, two baths, stairs, an office and our living room and they all look Amazing. They also removed multiple stains (black grease from our couch included!), and filled in two bleach spots - without charging any additional for that extra work. Both men were very professional, very friendly and made me feel very comfortable the entire time (I am a female and was home alone for the cleaning). I would recommend you go with this team of professionals to get the absolute best quality work at the absolute best prices out there!

My complex wasn't pleased with the cleaning the first time and requested them to return- they came back and finished the job. I thought it was cleaned to standard but my complex was still not satisfied. I paid $125 + plus $25 tip to Johana (the woman who I booked the service with). I had to pay an additional $110 to my complex to clean to their standards. I never requested my money to be returned to me for the services because I know they had cleaned. All I asked was that the shower door be paid in full ($1000) which the owner reassured they would take care of it. Instead of communicating professionally and arranging a payment plan with me- they pointed the finger to a worker who was "not supposed to be there that day"- the owners younger brother apparently. That worker was cleaning and was a part of the Tony's Cleaners team on 3/28. After the incident I had been communicating with Johana thinking she would take care of the issue and reassure we can come to an agreement for the $1000 due but was shown the true colors of this poorly run family owned business. From Johana (the wife of the owner): "if you want your money go talk to the person who broke it". ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! I was kind and nice to the people who own/operate this company- Tony & Johana and they just showed me not every company on yelp should be trusted. Be careful who you do business with out here in Las Vegas!

DO NOT USE. I gave…read morethis business every opportunity to make this right, because a bad review hurts a small business - especially in these times. But I had to I write this review, because this was such a ridiculous experience. The job simply wasn't done right. As you can see from the pictures, the "finished product" is shoddy work. There's still stains on the grout and blue stains where the toilet leaked. When we did the initial walk through I took the service technician to the bathroom, and I told him that the blue stains were a major concern. He said, "Yes, ma'am we'll take care of that for you." At the end of the service, I went directly back to the blue stains, and he said, "No ma'am we won't be able to get that out. I'll have my wife message you with the name of a product that will fix that up for you." How absurd. I hired them to do the job so I didn't have to. I didn't hire them to give recommendations on how to do the job myself. (By the by, no one ever followed up with me to provide this recommendation). Even so, I paid them because they assured me that "there's no way to get the stains out without another treatment." The service was on Saturday. On Sunday, I realize just how bad of a job they did, as I was able to get the stain up myself using vinegar. This certainly pissed me off. I had to work, so when I got a chance on Monday to message them - I did. I wanted to give them an opportunity to fix. They refused because (1) I paid despite being dissatisfied - (well, what would you have me do? They're in my house assuring me no better job could have been done.); (2) I waited too long to message them about the problem (I told them during the walkthrough that they had failed to deliver the promised result, and I again messaged them a whole 48 hours later); (3) they said they did a larger area than anticipated (as if that somehow explains why they did a terrible job). Also, I expect a professional would adjust the pricing if the area was - in fact larger than original anticipated. I gave them the square footage and they gave me a quote. No one said anything before the service started; (4) They also said that because I hadn't gotten my grout cleaned for years that it couldn't get more clean than it was. As noted, I let vinegar sit and I got the stain up myself. I cannot believe how unreasonable this business was. Please review the pictures. These are the same pictures I showed the business when I asked them to make it right. Somehow they weren't embarrassed by this result and stood by their shoddy work. So be it. Here's your review.
