History

Established in 2013.

In the fall of 2013, Wede Studios was conceived by Brandon Voglewede while attending Ball State University. Brandon was pursuing a degree in the Visual Arts when he began producing Music Videos for local musicians in the Ft. Wayne area. Soon he realized there was a niche (music related) videography market in the midwest that was in high demand from both established and underground artists. The first months of Wede Studios revolved around music video but in the spring of 2014 Wede Studios began filming concerts for Artists, Venues, and Event Planning Companies. In a being in the right place at the right time scenario, Wede Studios worked with established artists Juicy J, Zeds Dead, & Mike Jones in the first year of expansion. In the winter of 2014, Wede Studios became the parent company of WeDE Clothing Co. In the first year, WeDE Clothing Co has gained national attention in the music, sports, & street fashion industries and is on track to land in stores in 2015.

Meet the Business Owner: Brandon V.

I was born just outside of Nashville but spent the bulk of my childhood in the Ft. Wayne area. From a young age, I had a passion for the creative arts, particularly Videography. My interest in filmmaking grew immensely and continued to sprout throughout high school leading me to Ball State University where I pursued a degree in Visual arts. I started making music videos for a few local artists in Ft. Wayne. From day one, I realized that my passion was in music related videography. I began developing contacts with artists, businesses, and venues, which have led me to work for well known artists. Shortly after, my hobby of designing logos, ads, and other visuals started to gain some recognition and I decided to take my family's nickname "WeDE" and turn it into a clothing brand. From the start, the brand shot off and now has returning customers across the nation and is in the midst of some big things. I now operate Wede Studios full-time and look forward to what the future holds!
