The process for a simple stripe job to be done on my Charger took over a year for him to actually complete, he failed to take the stripes all the way down the bumper like I originally requested and made clear it was important to me to have. He also tried to order after market stripes, that I told him I didn't want, proceeded to put them half way on my car and had to remove them once he figured out they were incorrect. During that time he had my car for almost 2 weeks and had zero progress, and tried to charge me for the stripes he order against my wishes. Once he made time for me months later and after wanting multiple weeks for him to get the material in he finally got it in his shop. But ended up keeping it there twice as long as he told me he was going to need it. Although that was more understandable due to the stripes needing to be hand cut at this point. After getting the car back I was really happy with the results although disappointed he didn't get it all the way down the front bumper. It's been a few months at this point and I attempted to set up a time for him to take a look at the stripes just to make sure everything it still sticking well. I got ahold of him and he said he would call me on Tuesday as soon as he got back to the office. Tuesday came and went, so I texted the following Monday and he responded that I no -call no-showed the prior week. I immediately responded and haven't heard from him since as well as sending him pictures of the part of spoiler that are starting to peel (I'll add pictures if possible), as well as the hood. My overall experience it that I enjoyed talking to him, but completely unhappy with his fallow through and professionalism. I think Troy over schedules what he and his team can actually accomplish in the timeframe he sets, as well as taking care of his clients as they come in.

When I inquired about what would happen to the mail, I was told by Zaid Santiago, one of the owners and the person usually on site, that the mail would be returned to sender.  So, that screws us for Christmas deliveries and such - I have no doubt that all of our deliveries after mid-December will be lost. Finally, I asked Mr. Santiago what happens to the annual box fee we paid through July 31, 2026, and he robotically quoted "paragraph 10 of our contract" and informed me that there will be no refund. Several years ago I went to a nearby computer store that I thought had taken care of me but when I got my computer back I was missing many things. I went to Adam at Office Depot and he took my still very sick computer ran his tests and did his magic. From that point on I have recomended Adam and his skills far and wide. To be honest Brian has also been a great help. Yesterday though was a life saver. It is tax time, my personal life has had many family health issues this past year. I was dreading trying to get back to catchup my accounting software so I would be ready to turn in my financial information to my accountant. I tried to get on my account but could not come up with the right password. I went to my accountant hoping they could help me with my password. They tried but couldn't. I mentioned that I know a computer magician. My accountant said go see you magician. I went to see Adam who confidently and happily set to work typing directions to my computer taking it to places I had never seen before. Within minutes he was guiding me through the steps to create a new password and open up my past years of financial information. I couldn't say thank you enough. I wanted to offer him whatever I could think of to repay my gratitude. I offered a weekend at our resort home but he quickly said no that was against company policy. I've spent tens of…read morethousands on processing in LA and NYC and I have to say Photovision exceeds the service and quality of those labs every time I drop off film for processing and scanning. The staff is conscientious and helpful in every sense of those words. I know I can soup my own stuff in the lab I have at home but it's just so much easier to have Photovision do it for me. I kinda just stick to printing at home. As long as I shoot film and film is available this is my "must-call" lab of choice and I recommend it to all of my colleagues. Keep up the great work!
