It is run by volunteers and provides income for a non-profit, so on top of getting good bargains in a very fun shopping environment, and reusing and recycling perfectly good items, you are also contributing to a worthy cause. It is affiliated with Encore Consignment, the sister shop to Daue. Encore carries furniture, books, artwork, etc. also at very fair prices, also generating income for the same non-profit, and also using the same periodic markdown on prices, also staffed by volunteers, and just a block or so away.
