Fiona is literally one of the sweetest people I have ever met and working with her for our engagement shoot has been one of the best milestones in wedding planning! When my fiance and I booked her to do our engagement shoot, I was a little nervous. Not about her services 'cuz I'd already heard such great things and had been falling in love with her work which I'd been following for a few years now (check out her newborn pics - those galleries would give anybody serious baby fever!) No, I was nervous because my fiance and I didn't know how to be lovey-dovey in front of a photographer! Lol But honestly, Fiona has the type of personality to make you feel comfortable from the second you meet her, which made all my anxiety go right away. And for those of you that are like us, don't worry! She's the kind of photographer that will tell you what poses to do if you don't know what to do yourself! QUITE the relief! lol All in all, she's extremely personable, never makes you feel anything but comfortable, has a clear passion for her work, and above all, is extremely talented in shooting an array of pictures - from engagement sessions, to weddings, to maternity shoots, to newborn sessions and more! Her visions for photography are unparalleled and the images that she captures are truly a breath taking work of art. I'd highly recommend her!

We highly recommend booking them for your next event!!

I would NOT recommend Impact Images to family or friends! We signed a contract with Impact Images…read morefor our wedding photography and wedding video back in August 2016. In both contracts it clearly states that all wedding pictures & videos would be delivered within 3 weeks after the wedding. We received our full wedding album & only the short wedding video 4 1/2 months later. Our video contract clearly stated that a full wedding video & a short film were included. We were told that the full wedding video was still being worked on, guaranteed us that all the wedding footage was saved, and that within a week we'd get the complete video. March 2017, 3 months after we were promised the delivery of the completed video, we were we are told that entire footage had been lost and will get a refund for the video cost. It is incredibly aggravating, sad, and disappointing we got the run around for months, and at the end, have no full wedding video. A wedding is such a beautiful and life changing event you'd want a video for. We're extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and lack of professionalism the videographer and Impact Images had throughout these last few months. We will no longer work with Impact Images.

Kindness. Chris & Becky were a dream team, and we really cannot say enough good things about them! From helping us set our 'day of' schedule, to making sure all our listed family pics were captured, to jumping in attaching boutonnieres, they went above and beyond to ensure a perfect day, and plenty of perfect pics!!! Full disclosure: my fiancé and I did not put as much effort into choosing photographers as we did other vendors (Francis Marie Photography was the only one we met with). The best news: we did not have to, and neither do you! Book them! They come at an incredible value and took no shortcuts: starting with us early in the day and staying well through the bouquet toss & late into our extended reception without missing a beat. We were so impressed by their professionalism, passion, and ease of manner. They were never imposing but made sure to capture all the essential moments, somehow finding that great balance between being subtle but central. They were quick to tweak poses and make great suggestions but were also completely flexible for spontaneous photo suggestions from the bride. Do yourself a favor and book Francis Marie Photography, you wont be disappointed!

Meeting with tons of photographers is time consuming and sometimes confusing. Again Chris and Becky are here to help. They actually listen to the style of photography you are looking for and connect with you to make sure they can make your wedding the happiest day of your life! My wife Tina and I just recently got married Sept 19th and can't say enough about Francis Marie Photography. We had been recommended to meet with Chris and Becky and hit it off immediately, they are both so down to earth and have a great sense of humor. They listened to our concerns and even let us work our dog, Walter, into our photos! We wanted someone who could capture every single moment of our day and we got that and so much more. People actually thought Chris was part of my family by how well we got along with each other. Their style is incredibly accommodating to the expectations you set for them, we wanted photojournalistic with some artistic flair and man did they exceed our expectations. Almost every single family member wanted our photos for their family Christmas card, these pictures were so good. We will be able to relive our wedding everyday of our lives because of the hard work and effort they put into our wedding. We never had an issue with responses to our email questions or calls to check on status. Seriously stop searching all those sites and give this company a call you won't regret it. This review is specifically about the mini-sessions offered. Overall the photos were 4 stars as we…read morereceived some really precious photos, while the overall experience was just 2/3 stars. I found certain aspects of the process difficult with my specific photography (I don't remember her name). We came to our spot early since I always value others time and I am typically early to appointments. My photographer, however, was 12 minutes late for a 30 minute session and I finally had to call her. Being a late afternoon appointment those 10 minutes made a difference with how much sun we had available for our shots. I was also disappointed in her ability to direct the shoot. I found myself doing most of the direction, throwing leaves and pointing out places that could make for a good photo since she was providing NONE. I would have expected this to be done by her, the photographer. She also spent a lot of time looking at the pictures she took and not shooting. I appreciate that I am not a photographer and so I know she is doing something I don't understand but she missed a LOT of great shots by not being able to shoot a ton of photos at once. She would take a photo, look down, take a photo, look down. I have done other professional photos before and she looked down more than anyone else. The positives: She was very patient with my child and had a great demeanor about her. She did make up the time from being late at the end of the appointment and never rushed us. Overall seemed like a really sweet girl. Working with company themselves also could have been better. I was always the one being proactive. I ended up having to reach out to ask where to meet and what to do and then I had to reach out again to get my photos after the promised delivery date. Perhaps I am impatient and like to plan but I would have expected them to be more communicative overall with their clients. Overall I do not regret doing the session but I wouldn't go back again.
