There was a scheduling mishap, I was frustrated but didn't take it out on him. I was asking what the possibilities were and accepted there wasn't a viable solution right there and then but again frustrated about the situation. Instead of being empathetic, he was patronizing so when he asked if he should cancel my existing reservation, I said "I'll deal with it". I gathered my things and proceeded to leave. He yelled out sarcastically "I hope you have a better day". Not once did I raise my voice with him, I didn't even argue. Maybe I could have said "thank you" on my way out but I was dealing with no signal to call and coordinate the rescheduling of the session with the rest of my group (who were waiting in the car) and having to drive out of the way to get pictures done, only to be turned away. Again, didn't blame him, I was frustrated about the situation and his actions made it go from bad to worse. I have had great experiences with Alec from 2020/2021 and then Ahjay in 2022. He is the only new factor and the reason I will no longer go to this location.

Not only is she a highly skilled photographer, but she is incredibly patient and is amazing with small children and babies. Both of my kids (including my very reserved older daughter) immediately felt at ease when entering her studio, which really set the tone for the rest of the photography session. Angelica works with incredibly talented cake artists who will deliver the smash cake straight to her studio. Both times, the cake was already delivered and beautifully displayed when we walked in. She also has so many stunning backdrops to choose from that photograph beautifully - I am amazed with the results each time. When my oldest did her cake smash session, she promptly toppled over her gorgeous cake. Angelica did not flinch. She captured every moment (including the cake in mid air) and then picked up the cake and continued shooting like nothing had happened. Angelica delivered all of the photos we expected, but pictures of the cake mid air are our absolute favorites. She is an absolute pro and it shows. I have recommended Angelica to all my friends, and she is extremely popular in my mom group. My only advice is to reserve early because she books up quickly (which is no surprise)!
