I will not hesitate to use Nature Soft again should I ever have the need. Thanks again Robert for getting my hot water flowing!

We bought this property not having any experience with living off a well system. Turns out our tank was not holding air and had a leak in the piping system to our house. After reading these reviews, I felt reassured that Ben Fain was reliable and honest. Unfortunately,…read moreBen's conduct with me bore little resemblance to all his positive reviews. Here is what unfolded recently ... My vacation home is a 150 miles away from my main home and I am hardly ever there. So I had to trust Ben completely when he said that he had replaced the well pump motor and that the well was now in good working order. Ben was not happy when I asked if it was okay to pay him in several days giving me time to verify the wells status. His previous temporary fix a week earlier didn't work at all, so I was a bit reluctant to pay this time without checking it out. Despite my hesitancy, he demanded that I pay him immediately via a credit card. So I paid in full based on what I believed was his honorable reputation. The well did work for a couple of watering cycles, but 2-3 weeks later it failed once again. Ben went out to investigate and stated that it was a minor issue and that he would fix it in couple weeks. About 2.5 weeks later, with temps close to 100 degrees and a lot of dying plants, I called Ashley his assistant to convey some urgency. She assured me that he would be out in a few days to make the repairs. Needless to say, he never showed up, nor were any of my increasingly desperate calls to his office ever returned.

There are not enough words to describe the positive experience we had with Daniel of Winder…read morePlumbing. After having more than one conversation with other plumbing companies, having multiple estimates describing our master bathroom shower leak issue as a really, really big job? One that would cost us a few thousands dollars! One that would required cutting into our walls and us then hiring a dry wall professional to fix it later! We literally felt defeated. So my wife and I did what comes natural to us, we prayed about it, and had one more call to make before making a final decision. A very early message was sent on a Tuesday to Winder Plumbing, the response was immediate requesting simple pictures of our shower. An offer for same day service was made, we opted for Thursday instead. Bright and early Thursday morning Daniel from Winder Plumbing messaged he was in route with several parts and he was positive one would take care of our leaking shower. Daniel was correct ! He is a true professional; talented and most importantly honest. Daniel explained what he needed to do (replacement of cartridge and valve) and it would not be thousands of dollars? To add, it would not require cutting into our wall. No way!!! Daniel is the perfect example of where preparation and professionalism meet. He executed the work at our home quickly and efficiently. Bottom line cost? $420!!!!!!! Wow! We are very thankful for Winder Plumbing. Knowing honest people and companies still exist is truly a blessing. Thank you thank you thank you! 10 stars!!!
