Fine--that's their choice. I already have a better shop and is replacing my engine they maybe thought I was broke or who knows but anyway way the real issue is that after leaving my car, several of my personal belongings disappeared. Guest what they did, they left my car in the street for a few days without any consent or like if my money isn't worth anything. I lost two toolboxes worth over $500, Ray-Ban sunglasses ($200), my EZ Pass, charging cables/adapters, perfume, clothes from my backpack, also a head unit that was in green box and more. On top of that, I paid their diagnostic fee (which I don't mind since that's part of their job), but when it comes to my missing belongings, I'm the one who takes the loss. It's been 3 days and I still haven't gotten a single answer or resolution from the shop. Items don't just vanish into thin air. The worst part is the complete lack of responsibility or concern from their side. The reviews may make this place look like a trustworthy shop and that's the reason I came here for, but my experience was the opposite.
