This…read moregym is closest to our current rental, so I decided to step in a couple times this week to check it out. This is a newer-looking PF, with high-end treadmills equipped with TV's. The entire place smelled fresh, appeared clean and was one of the most spacious ones I've seen in a long time. Plenty of equipment and room to stretch out on :) Finally, the staff I interacted with were friendly. Not the most professional but what do you expect, it's Planet Fitness.

I initially signed up for the free 30-minute class because I wanted to find out what Pilates is all about. I have been doing home workouts for years but read a lot of good things about how Pilates can improve posture, which eventually lessens back pain, etc. The instructor teaching the free 30-minute session was not the nicest. However, I really wanted to give it a try and didn't want that one experience to dissuade me, so I signed up for an 8 class a month membership. The first month was 20%, and then a full membership fee at $159 every month. You are only bound to a 3-month contract, and it goes month to month, which isn't bad, in my opinion. They do require a 30-day notice to cancel. I eventually upgraded to the unlimited package because it has been a struggle trying to get in a class at the studio. It's better than back in January when all the New Year's resolutioners were very active, but it can still be challenging signing up for classes. The unlimited allows you to sign up classes at other studios, which is great! It's $199 a month. The Crestwood studio is new and spacious with new equipment, high ceiling, and friendly staff. I, of course, have my favorite instructors, but I think most of them are fine. Now on to the classes. I am actually enjoying them way more than I initially thought. Also the reason why I upgraded my membership. Pilates has been a great addition to my workout routine, and I have found my favorite instructors. Learning spine alignment, body awareness, and being conscious of my breathing during exercise have been helping me with my other workouts as well. While Pilates is low impact, the overall benefits of the workout are quite surprising. I have been signing up for classes 4 times a week, and I have been noticing the difference. I look forward to the classes and am looking forward to some continued benefits from doing this workout. I'm glad I gave Pilates a try! Now I'm hooked. My rating is a 5 based on studio conditions, staff, and overall workout experiences I have had for the past 5 months. I know signing up for classes is still a challenge, and they are working on adding more, so give it time.

Each item has nutrition stats prominently displayed. The meals were created to be balanced in carbs, proteins, and fats. There are microwaves so you can heat up a single meal They had some samples of the most popular meals like a chicken with buffalo cauliflower, and a BBQ meatloaf with sweet potatoes. There were also some desserts like a raspberry cheesecake with an oat crust. One could easily fill their freezer with these items and not have to cook all week!

I got back from a trip and needed healthy and convenient- Fit Flavors saved the day! They have a smoothie bar which is great, so I immediately knew I wanted to treat myself to one of those. I got the green monster for a punch of greens powder, protein, and fruit. While my smoothie was being prepared, I browsed the food options and they all sounded so delicious. They have breakfast, lunch/ dinner, dessert, and bulk meat options available. You don't have to order ahead of time which is great- you just choose what you want and grab it. This trip I grabbed the burger bowl and smothered Philly cheeseburger. They were both delicious, I loved the burger bowl the most out of the two. Ingredients are fresh, nutritious, and I felt good about fueling my body. I will absolutely be back to try some more options. Thanks for making my week easier!
