The gym is overcrowded, most people at the front desk barely say a word to you and it's not a very welcoming gym.

In all honesty, I thought the T Zone Vibration was some sort of facial when I first glanced at the "special offer" section on Yelp. Sadly, I was mistaken. What's not sad about this workout tool is that it beats any set of squats or lunges that a human could do on his/her own! For lack of a better explanation, it's a workout machine that offers several levels of vibration (hence the name) where you can work out OR get a nice healthy massage. There are some welcome changes like full length mirrors, two changing rooms and better sound equipment! Love that most of the former instructors stayed. I basically took classes for the amazing instructors and I glad that they stayed at the studio. They have barre , circuit training, Pilates and yoga classes. I love the the instructors who are very involved and pay attention to their clients and their workouts, including the new owner Kate Ferguson! They have some new client specials going on and I highly recommend that you take advantage of them. I love barre, it is deceptively simple but so fulfilling! My muscles ache for at least 2 days after and I feel so much stronger and accomplished . Circuit training is challenging and rewarding in its own way. I don't do Pilates and yoga as much but I know people who swear by them. Love the community feel of the studio, and how we all got to know each other and help make our workouts more challenging and this place awesome!

I enjoy the various group classes that they offer and the staff's level of professionalism. They also have two separate areas filled with weightlifting equipment. One thing that I think needs improvement is the amount of lockers that are broken, some of them can't be opened because the latches have broken off. Also the area for cardio machines have a good variety of machines, but it is also very cramped navigating through the area.

This is my new favorite training studio. Let me tell you why…read more... 1. They have really great full body workouts. This is important. I've been through time periods in my life where I got on a kick to do hot yoga or kickboxing or Zumba etc and that was super fun, but NOTHING has helped my fat loss and general feeling of well being more than full body workouts. These have a combination of cardio and weights. 2. Yes I get sore from some of the workouts but not sore for days. Well, there was one arm workout that did make me sore for days, but it's not common for me. And I've been a member at a bootcamp class somewhere else that always left me crazy-I-can-barely-move-sore. I kindof loved it, until I had a baby and thought "sh&$, how am I going to rock my baby at night? Or move in the morning? I can't live like this". 3. They do classes here. Right now the morning ones are led by a teacher (my faves) and the evening ones are self led (but a trainer is around to check on you). I love classes. I don't want to make my own routine and I prefer the morning classes because I'm counting on my teacher to be my motivator ;) 4. The trainers are friendly and non intimidating. They don't yell to motivate, so if you want that you'd have to look elsewhere- but they watch your form, time you, and tell you to "keep on going!". They aren't in your face, but will definitely notice if you stop doing your exercises, ha! 5. The owner is so incredibly friendly and down to earth he seems like family. 6. They have a lot of class time options. Love this!!!! You have to reserve a time - like most places. But you can cancel within an hr or two of class. This is amazing. I was used to a place that you had to cancel 6 hrs prior or lose your session. Not cool. 7. They don't lock the door before class starts. Hello, thank you!!! Used to go to a hot yoga place that locked the doors 1 min before class. Pain in the &@/$:$.... If you're running a minute or two late for class, you just sneak in and whisper an apology. All good. 8. Affordable!

She needs to be recognized for her selling expertise her technique is perfect not pushy answers all of your questions makes time to meet you in person being a professional in the medical field these are all qualifications that keep your customers your patience your people to feel important and comfortable! she definitely needs to be noticed and I will make sure I check up to see if she is and if she is not I will have 10 other people I will refer to this gym to speak to her with 10 more five stars for Tasha!! give this woman a raise she goes beyond and above her duties. Having a background general management has taught me the more incentives you give your staff the harder they will work . With that being said she will have your gym at full capacity. Making this company prosper and grow. To keep her around she definitely needs a promotion or a pay raise!
