Sub par product and poor customer service. On the DVD copy we were presented with, EVERYONE on stage turned out blue. This is great if you are a big fan of the Smurfs, but this is not how we wanted to remember our production, which included a lot of hard work and dedication from many kids and parents alike. When the Sterling Group was told of the issues, they basically said, "it was beyond their control" and that was it. The whole experience was costly, very disappointing and the Sterling group was very unprofessional in almost every way possible. Needless to say, we will be using another service going forward.
