Love this place with all of my heart. Great area and so many great people. The campus is beautiful and not too big. I can get to where I need to go in no time, getting to classes across campus takes 10-15min tops. Performing arts productions and sports events are killer. The on campus housing is awesome too. Great events and you can meet a lot of new people. The food isn't great but is currently getting an upgrade! Can't wait to finish my degree here! P.S all of these photos where taken on campus :)

Great gym facilities. 2 levels, 2 tracks, pool, basketball and racquetball courts, group fitness classes, locker room & shower.

Today, my wife, son, and I toured Utah State University campus in Logan Utah! I had to peel of he tour a little early due to an ankle injury but I only missed a little bit. We really really enjoyed the tour! What a nice campus! Afterwards we watched a little bit more video, listened to some final information and then the entire group was treated to a free lunch in one their on campus dining halls! This school is one of the finest schools in the western US! Research and development in the agricultural field has earned the USU a spot on the ISS growing things! If you live in California you might know that USU had engineering people responsible for fixing the Oroville Dam before it had a chance to ruin many lives. That's right! USU engineers! If you look at college rankings, this school passes the test with flying colors. We knew that before we came here today so expectations were off the charts. Our expectations have been exceeded and my wife and I feel extremely confident about our son's choice. AFROTC detachment 086 is here with a highly respected program which fits right into my son's master plan to fly extremely large aircraft for the USAF! Logan Utah? What a sweet city! Wife and I love looking at real estate and Logan has a lot of nice areas to live. USU! I didn't know we were going to have a son living here one day, attending Utah State University but that day begins in the fall of 2022! Go Aggies!

Students in a course called Advanced Analysis of Behavior are forced to lock rats inside barren metal boxes, where they're blasted with disorienting bursts of light for nearly an hour at a time while being trained to push a lever to get food. This cruelty is 100% unnecessary and can be replaced with animal-free simulators, harming no one--in fact, USU used to use such a simulator for this course. The university's decision to return to causing distress to sentient beings is inexcusable. Really, the school deserves zero stars until it ends this cruelty.

This is a long over due review. Cannot say enough about Matt Dahlin and the staff at Crossroads,…read morethey are kind and compassionate, and we had a great experience. There is something so powerful in their therapeutic model of taking the boys out and giving them adventures. I so appreciated that Matt would spend 4 days a month with the boys doing something cool! Giving him the chance to see the the boys in real time - how they handled the things that they were experiencing. I feel it was a really great stepping stone in my son's journey - learning that he was capable, and finding self love. Grateful for our experiences at Crossroad and getting the chance to work with Matt!

Like most parents, we had never heard of a 9 month therapeutic boarding school. We had a fantastic…read moreexperience at Family First but went into the next phase completely blindly, trusting the success stories of other families who went there along with our therapeutic consultant who knew Crossroads was the best in the business. I talked to 2 young men, now in college, about their experience at Crossroads and they both assured me it was the best thing that ever happened to them. We were scared, had no clue how it would play out but 9 months later - it was the best thing that ever happened to us as well. We are incredibly grateful for our amazing 9 month experience at Crossroads. From the very beginning, Sam went above and beyond. The awesome staff created a safe, structured and compassionate environment for the boys to grow and build confidence. The therapeutic support was fantastic. We're still working with his amazing therapist Noah post-treatment. Watching our son grow over time through our family sessions was truly remarkable. He came home with practical tools and coping strategies that he continues to use every day. Tyson, the substance use counselor, has been absolutely incredible. His ability to resonate and communicate is on another level. Our son works with him as well post-Crossroads and speaks so highly of him. The therapeutic team has been remarkable. The academic program was personalized and ensured he not only stayed on track but he graduated a year early. Cindy, the education coordinator, is beyond amazing. She coordinated weekly subject and ACT tutors. She has helped us so much post-Crossroads as he applied to several colleges and needed various things from her throughout the process. Cindy is a true gem!! Coultin, the house manager, was super organized and a great communicator. He made sure our son kept up with his eye doctor, allergist, orthodontist, etc - along with coordinating everything in between. We actually ended up liking the doctors more in Ogden than here in Dallas - truly impressive! Crossroads helps everyone individually find their passion. There's something for everyone. Our son skied 45 times, worked out daily, went wake boarding/surfing and enjoyed weekly guitar lessons from Max G. The kids traveled to St George, Pineridge, Yellowstone, Lake Powell and even Costa Rica! Outside of home visits he also came with our family on international trips to Columbia and Italy. Watching our son transform at Crossroads - both emotionally and personally has meant the world to us. We definitely had ups and downs throughout but that's the only way to grow. The program made him stronger, more self-aware and ready to take on the next chapter of his life with clarity and confidence. We can't recommend this school highly enough to any family seeking a therapeutic environment where kids are supported and set up to thrive. Everyone was amazing but a special shout out to Noah, Tyson, Cindy, Coultin, Noah R, Max G, Garrett K, Tyler B, Max J, Nick R, Jake, Drew, Sam, Eric, Derek and anyone else we're forgetting. Everyone was fantastic. Thank you for making Crossroads feel like a home away from home. We are forever grateful.

Nightingale College - Lab training was always a personal experience between you and your instructor.

My Honest Review of Nightingale College…read more I have mixed feelings about Nightingale College. There are definitely some positives, but there are also significant issues that future students should know about. Pros: The biggest advantage is flexibility. Most of the program is online, which allowed me to continue working while earning my BSN. The school provides many learning resources, and the schedule is generally designed to accommodate working students. As a California student, I also found the tuition to be more affordable than many other BSN programs. Cons: Unfortunately, communication and management were the biggest disappointments. It was often very difficult to reach anyone by phone because calls frequently went unanswered. Email was the primary way to communicate, but responses could take anywhere from one to five days or even longer. I also felt that students had to figure out many things on their own, especially when it came to financial aid and student account issues. There wasn't enough guidance, and I often felt like I had to navigate the process by myself. Academically, be prepared to be very independent. There are plenty of reading materials and assignments, but much of the learning is self-directed. Some professors were very supportive, while others graded very strictly without providing much understanding or flexibility. My biggest concern is what happened after graduation. I graduated in Spring 2026 and applied to the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) for my Authorization to Test (ATT). As of the end of June, I still have not received my ATT. Throughout this process, many graduates have repeatedly asked the school for help, but I personally felt that our concerns were not addressed adequately. When I contacted the BRN, I was informed that the school's documents were still under review. I later learned that some earlier graduates had also experienced lengthy delays before receiving their ATT. What frustrated me the most was the lack of transparency. I wish the school had openly communicated that delays could occur so students could prepare their expectations accordingly. Waiting months after graduation makes it much harder to stay prepared for the NCLEX. Students spend years working hard to graduate, and many are eager to begin their nursing careers as soon as possible. Delays without clear communication add unnecessary stress during an already challenging time. Overall, Nightingale College offers flexibility and can be a good option for working adults. However, if communication, administrative support, and a smooth post-graduation licensure process are important to you, these are areas that I believe the school needs to improve significantly. This review is based solely on my personal experience, and I hope it helps future students make an informed decision.

I get replies within 24 hours or LESS! The material is a lot but it is thorough, Some professors are really good at their webinars and it really sticks while I think some others can do a better job. I have 6 more semesters left, I've only been here 2 semesters but so far so good. Time flies and I can't wait to see what comes next! I will update my review on semester 4 out of 8!
