I had a terrible experience at Dental One Associates with Dr. Reddy! I had extremely chipped front…read moreteeth, and Dr. Reddy repeatedly pushed crowns without ever explaining they could be considered as cosmetic and not covered by insurance. We even did a pre-authorization, so I believed it would be covered. After the work was done, insurance denied payment because Dental One Associates and Dr. Reddy coded the crowns as not medically necessary. I called Dental One Associates multiple times and was told Dr. Reddy would provide a letter to submit to insurance. Weeks passed with no action. After continued follow-ups, the office manager finally called me back--only to say Dr. Reddy refused to provide a letter. That left me with an extra $1,100 bill on top of the $1,800 I had already paid out of pocket. My total cost was $2,900! If I had known that upfront, I never would have agreed to the crowns. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Dental One Associates and Dr. Reddy. If you are considering going here, think very carefully. Ask every possible question about insurance coverage and insist on clear, written answers about what will and won't be covered. Do not assume that Dental One Associates will help you if insurance denies your claim--because based on my experience, once they've been paid, you are entirely on your own. Buyer beware: If you want honesty, transparency, and a dental team that actually stands by its patients, look elsewhere.

I hate the dentist and always put off going because of my anxiety and fear! But I went to dental…read moreone last year due to severe jaw pain and during the entire process I was anxious BUT met with patience and care the whole time. At that visit they even offered me an immediate appointment for teeth cleaning which I accepted and I'm so glad I did! The person who cleaned my teeth was talkative and kept me at ease. I am happy with the care I have received here so much that I actually kept my 6 month follow up for cleaning and recently went to that appointment. My next appointment is booked for later this year. I'm happy that I've found a dental office with a team that eases my anxiety and makes me want to continue taking care of my teeth.

This office is completely unprofessional. They are very deceptive billing practices. They said I…read morewas going to have to pay $803 for my daughter's surgery. When I originally setup the evaluation, three months prior to her surgery, this provider was in network with my insurance. The provider withdrew from my insurance one month prior to her surgery; therefore, the bill was processed as out of network, which is costing me an additional $851. When I called to ask if anything could be done about this, I was treated very rudely and was told that this was my problem. I was told that I should have verified this information prior to the surgery myself. The refused to reduce the bill even though i paid $803 and they were paid $584 from my insurance. I asked them if I could be put on a payment plan because I could not afford this additional $851.00. They explained to me that I had to pay $100 a month or I was going to be sent to collections. This is the RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!

My dentist referred me to this office(I'm assuming because it was close to my home) for my wisdom teeth removal. They booked me for a appt almost 4 months out then canceled that appt said surgeon would be on vacation. I tried to make another appt months later after my dentist suggested again to have my teeth removed and they scheduled me a date and time then called 3 days prior to my appt to confirm and to let me know to fill paperwork out online. Day of appt they call asking where I am because im late I said no my appt is at 2pm. They proceed to tell me im wrong and no one told me that and the computer is right they have it scheduled. I inform that ok well let's just setup for tomorrow then since it's clearly a misunderstanding I was told no and the best they can do is schedule me a month and a half out. I inform them to just cancel my request and delete my info pretend I never even called. The crazy part is I have a PPO great insurance I can literally go anywhere!

I respect everyone's right to have their own political views, but I would really prefer to be able to have my teeth worked on without having to listen to a constant stream of bizarre left-wing propaganda talking points. I explained insurance might not cover a bonding because I just had it done by another dentist shortly before this one. It fell off and it wasn't the first time so I explained this might not last but I wanted to have it done by him to see if it was something my prior dentist was doing wrong or if it was just my tooth. He agreed to do it for $75 after I explained all that. I was relieved and very happy to have it done. I paid the $75 before leaving, the bonding lasted 3 days, and a couple months later I got a bill in the mail for over $400. For a bonding I knew might not even last, really???? I never would have agreed to this! I've explained everything after calling but no one cares the lady just keeps saying well sorry your insurance didnt cover it. Yes lady, me and Dr. Hamod both knew that very well may be the case. I was expecting him to say oh yes, I remember that conversation and fix this, but nope, all I got was sorry this needs to be paid. My prior dentist only charged $170 for the same work! BEWARE!!!
