Business there is always brisk and the work is done ON TIME. You can ask him questions and count on getting intelligent answers and he does not seem (in my experience) to recommend unnecessary procedures for the sake of lining his own pockets. If you have a question while the work is going on, you can FIND him and ask him. And last but not least, he has a cute (can I say that word?) yes, a cute faux fireplace in his waiting area. And he's a patriot, to boot! Honestly, I have dealt with more than my fair share of auto repair shops and mechanics over may many decades of life. I've had pretty rotten luck with cars - could be the way I drive, I guess. When my wife and I mentioned to a friend we were looking for an honest auto repair shop, they recommended BHM, so we tried. Right away, we could see we were dealing with honest, hard-working people who care about their customers' satisfaction. Some of the repairs Steve and his crew have made on my vehicles over the years are mind-boggling. The one that stands out the most: because I was hauling a LOT of heavy stuff in my Mazda Tribute, one of the wheel wells actually rusted out and the strut broke through. I thought the car was toast. Steve figured out a way to weld it back together good as new. And best of all: all the work they do comes at what I believe to be a reasonable price. They know vehicles, they're dependable, do great work, and don't charge an arm and a leg. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish 5 stars wasn't the limit.

Highly recommend taking your Jeep or Offroad what ever to them. I will be back the 2 1/2 hour drive to get the other side of the frame fixed when it's time. Thank you so much I can't say enough!
