She didn't even have the hair length I wanted and she ended up cutting a longer hair length to fit what I wanted. Which brings me to the next point: bring your own hair! This hair she offers sheds so much, the curls don't last and I kid you not it is stiff at the ends of the hair! I have only had my hair in about a month at this point and one the tracks in the back is poking out. Mind you I tie my hair up every night and even when I am just walking about at the house with 2 scarves and a satin bonnet so it's not like I am not maintaining the style. I asked her to take a pic of my hair before she added the tracks so I could see the braiding pattern she used so when I took it down it would be easier. The braids were not neat...at all. I really wasted my money and the worst part of it all was I gave her a tip because I was just happy she showed up at the appointment after not communicating with me. The standard for these "modern hair stylists" is low to the point where I am just thankful she showed up... Never booking with her again and I advise you not to either! $246.90...please... I feel like she is a scammer!

Came out of her salon looking brand new. The location is great because parking is provided. She's located in a building with a bunch of other hair stylists. Depending on what time you arrive, you may need to call her to let you into the building. I was there early in the morning so she buzzed me in.

I went to their website and it was very user friendly. The shop is beautiful and very feminine. I was welcomed with a smile upon entry. Prior to my appointment they held a consultation with me via text and also provided a tentative price. My wait time was very minimal and I didn't have anyone before me. My hair was shampooed and my stylist Azariah discussed what I wanted, went over the hair journey ahead of me. She was very patient with my questions and extremely personable. Being in the military, I workout daily, however my hair remained light and natural. Tiffane's service was also great my last visit at her new location. She took me within a min of my appt time, which I truly value (as time is money for me). By the way, her new location is warm and inviting. Looking forward to seeing her this coming weekend! I paid her $500 for 3 bundles of hair + 99j dark burgundy highlights + install. Instead I got 2 bundles of orange/red hair, installed horribly. She was late to the appointment, never showed me the hair I paid for, installed the hair in my head wet so I couldn't see the color, completely left the salon in the middle of my appointment for 30 mins and tried to care for her small child as she attempted to do my hair & 2 other clients. I would have gotten better hair & service at a $50 weave shop. You can see from the photos of my hair (on Yelp) that this is NOT dark hair with burgundy highlights and definitely not 3 bundles. I got hustled & she was completely rude & disrespectful, telling me I should have sympathy for her because things happen. But she had no sympathy for my hair when swiping my credit card. Now having to pay a new stylist to have it corrected, after already spending $500 & 4 hours of time with Tiffn'e Nicol. Don't do it, stay far away!

They were supposed to be at least an inch left all-around and then a few inches on top. It's gone. All of it. Now the color, it was put on for too long. You cannot put color on someone's hair and then start doing someone else's weave. It has to be looked after repeatedly. My edges are dark. My roots are light. My ends are dark. I felt they were very cute, I have just been bad at maintaining them. I recently went back for a bang trim so that they can start growing out naturally. If she did not know how to put the added curly hair at the ends of the braids, she should have just said that. I was in a bind to find a braider at short notice and she was available for the next morning. (Feb 5) Came and got it done in about 7 hours or so. The very next day after I got my hair done I specified to the stylist that my hair was unraveling on all of my braids. She stated that she did not burn the ends because of the curly hair but that she had tied knots around them. when I took a picture and showed her that the ends were NOT tied, she told me to come back in so that she could fix them and apologized. I was OK with this because I assumed she would just fix the problem and I will go on about my day. This was SUNDAY (Feb 6) I went back and she said she fixed it. However the next day (now Monday-7th) more braids were coming out n I had to try to braid them back myself. I was not about to call her again because at this point i no longer trusted her and did not expect to receive my money back, but I am definitely not a braider so I did not do a good job. Also the curly pieces kept falling off randomly and i was finding them all over the floor. But I thought-- oh maybe she just missed a few. Now THURSDAY (feb 11), 5 days after initial Install, I am in MEXICO. I was so embarrassed that my hair was unraveling the entire trip. We went with multiple people and I had to always try to put my hair into a bun to conceal it and couldn't let it lay down because of the pieces that were so choppy. Now my entire hair is unraveling every day to the point where it is so embarrassing it looks very very unprofessional as if my 7 year old daughter did my hair. I'm so sorry because she's such a nice person but this is a very horrible job and I feel like she should've just been honest that she didn't know how to do this style. I literally just gave away $200 for someone to play around in my hair and make me look stupid. FYI this is NOT my first boho braided style so the maintenance is not a problem. Regardless, the hairstyle should have DEFINITELY gone past 1 day without falling apart and more than 5 days without falling OUT. She took me at the last minute with no hesitation. She provided me with the location of her salon whuch is conveniently located near the airport. She was very welcoming and friendly and her salon is very clean and professional and her decor is amazing. Reggie asked me questions about my hair in attempt to get some insight about my natural hair journey. After my vonsultation I received the best hair wash that I have evet had. The deep condition hydration treatment was very exhilarating. Reggie made super my hair was very hydrated which is a must for healthy hair. Reggie gave me a much needed trim without going scissor happy and chopping my hair off which i appreciated. Ive had horrible trim experiences but she eased my mind by showing me what we going to take off. She pressed my hair out super straight and silky and then curled my hair the way i like amd pincurled up for me so that my drop curls would be popping the next day at my sister wedding. My hair cam out amazing and Reggie is super amazing herself!!!! My hair maintained its curls and did not revert after being pressed out. Her cashmere silk presses are the best. She is a must see!!! My curls lasted for about a week but my hair remained light and full of body for 2 weeks. Reggie Jaye is my new go to person!
