Back in October I asked his company to cut concrete and install a basement window that I had…read morepreviously stored (but was still in nearly new condition) which he inspected and agreed could be installed without problem (and no mention of it ever being unlevel, as it was not). He came to install the window, but when installing, they installed the window crooked, where it was not level and sticking out 2 inches from the outside wall, slathered in an inch of caulking. They also broke my blinds and damaged a window bench inside, when removing the old window that was there previously. When cutting the concrete, they also left cracks in the concrete, as well as a large gouge in the concrete that they did not fill or repair. Lastly, he was supposed to remove the garbage and dirt (at the time he told me he would do so the following week, as at the time of install, he did not have a truck with him), but never actually came back to remove the dirt or garbage, even though I asked about it a few times, which was met with excuses, but that he would come back and do this. Finally, after no response or follow up from them, I have left the business a negative review back in December (almost 2 months later). The owner then suddenly reached out to me and began verbally berating me for the review, blaming the fact that I had an "old window" as the reason why it was installed crooked and sticking out, and "had I used his windows, I wouldn't have this problem". He also tried blaming me for them damaging my blinds and window bench, along with many other excuses as to why things were not done right/completed. I ended up blocking him due to his unprofessional response and lack of accountability, as not once did he ever offer an apology and kept on with a list of blame and excuses. Since then, he has continued to harass me with multiple phone calls from many different numbers (more than 30 plus calls as well as multiple texts), going as far as making multiple calls well past midnight and into 1 am, where he continued to harass and blame me for my negative review. Whenever I'd block his number, he'd call from a new one. The calls and texts continued up until now (end of January 2024), to the point where I ended up changing my phone number, as I am tired of his unprofessional behavior and harassment.
