There was so much support picking out all the materials prior to the renovations. We also received a call the night before each trade was to show up, telling us when they would arrive and anything we needed to do prior to their arrival. It was brilliant and so helpful. The whole renovation took 3.5 days and went so smooth. Highly highly recommend FloForm for all kitchen renovations!!!

We were given confirmation our order would be ready by a certain day and when that day came they couldn't find our order in the system and then later said it would be another week. We never received any calls or emails the day it was received, we had to call and track them down. I am disappointed in the service for the price we paid and I am not sure I would recommend them to anyone else.

While other companies insisted I remove my entire kitchen countertop and bring it to their shop (requiring me to undo all my kitchen plumbing) Chris assured me he could complete the work on-site. Initially, I was skeptical, especially about their ability to freehand the cuts and control the dust in my condo. However, they exceeded my expectations. The seam is flawless (see photo), and the entire process was hassle-free. Dust was a non-issue thanks to their meticulous setup, which included multiple vacuums, water usage, and plastic tarps to contain the work area. I couldn't be happier with the results! Check out the photo to see how invisible the seam is.

What can I say, I just love shopping at Timbertown. This despite the fact that we rarely get out…read moreof the store without dropping some big $$$ but at least it is planned and budgeted around a renovation. The staff know their stuff and will work with you on measurements and ordering to ensure you aren't left short or break the bank and buy way too much. Keep in mind you can returned unopened boxes as well. They have a nice simple display set out so you can easily see what they have to offer for hardwood, engineered, laminates and cork. What isn't in stock at the store can be available within a few days . Often faster than you may be ready for! They also have a good supply of trim, doors and vents. I like to shop here for a couple of reasons. 1-It's a Bowness business and I like to support Bowness. This is a neighborhood that has had a lot of challenges with flooding and for some the perception of being the "hood". Well I think its a great hood and I want to support its local businesses. 2-The staff know their stuff and they always offer helpful tips on install not to mention throwing a 10% discount in on orders over a certain $$. It may not seem like much but hey its 10% I don't gotta pay so I'll take it and say thank you. 3 - the quality of their products and a great offering of Canadian hardwood. You may get a great deal on an Asian imported wood but nothing beats Canadian products in this dry as a desert climate we call Alberta. Not to mention uniform lengths and widths. Not saying there isn't awesome stuff out of the USA but hey, support our Canadian lumber market please!

Overall: Excellent service at a competitive price…read more Tanner has assisted me twice now with EV charger installation. The second time he also relocated a garburator switch and installed a new electrical outlet. From start to finish he was professional, kind , courteous and upfront. The estimate was competitive and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. If there were any changes that needed to be made to the original plan he advised me along the way and always provided different options. I would highly recommend traditional electric and will continue to use their services for my future electrical needs. Update - I needed a bit of additional work done on the switch to accommodate changes to my original plan and Tanner was kind enough to fit me in on a urgent basis and didn't even charge me for the modification despite my insistence. I am very impressed and grateful . AAA service from start to finish !

CDL at Beacon Hill in Calgary was the contractor used through the insurance and so we looked into options to extend the job. I dealt with Stephen and was super impressed with his professionalism and good advice when picking our floors. It was a big decision and Stephen suggested a product and look that we would have never considered. After going home with the samples I realized he had tied together our existing stone work, wood and furniture that we have currently, with the flooring he suggested. Chris and Chris installed the flooring and it looks great. They did a really good job and made major renovations seem easy. Super happy with the service I received, the professionals I interacted with and the end product. Had a great experience with the team at CDL in the North. Thank you.

I have to say this is what sold me as Aaron is a pleasure to deal with and patient with any questions although I have never met him in person. I communicated several times via email and always received a prompt answer. They even cut a hole for a suntube that I was installing myself and mounted the flange for me. The quote included a $250 deposit for possible rot repair of which only half was used so my final bill came in under the quote!! The crew was a mixture of hired help and tradesmen and I was quickly able to determine who was the go to guy while on site. He was a pleasure to deal with andhe performed the hard to complete tasks including the flashing and ridge vent. After the work was done a final inspection was performed and a couple days later I received an invoice. About a week later a couple guys appeared and went on my roof with a tarp and did some final checks including cleaning my gutters as the weather was not appropriate when the final inspection was done. It is nice to know that even after the money was paid for the roof they still cared enough to come back. Thanks Aaron to you and your crew!
