Having shopped at Lowe's, Home Depot, and Rona, I can say from experience that if you are looking for great service, support, and advice don't waste your time at the others stores. The delivery guy Chris not only called to say when he was coming, but even found small tools parts I had accidently left on the ground, put them up and called me to tell me where they were. Their selection of laminates, vinyl and hardwoods is great, and quality seems much better than in other stores mentioned above. Service was absolutely top notch - we were able to reserve enough boxes and underlay by phone, while also receiving a footage discount I wasn't aware of saving us several hundred dollars. Horrible service and extremely high price for a so called boiler technician to diagnose a boiler…read morethat wasn't working. He arrived with only a small screwdriver to repair my boiler. I asked him to get his tools he said no, he didn't need them. Subsequently he had to make many trips out to his van to get his tools and spend the majority of the time on the phone with his boss, guide him through the procedure. The technician had no idea how to fix a boiler and should never had been sent out to fix one . Very unprofessional and extremely expensive. Save your money and get some other company. 2 1/2h later and that boiler was still not working 490$ bill for nothing.

Darryl was incredibly easy to work with at 1st but was just telling me what I wanted to hear. After…read morerecieving damaged/flawed flooring he offered to have it remade but unfortunately that wouldve taken weeks and would have cost more than 100k in office fees, not to mention all the scheduled trades wouldnt be available to finish the project on that timeline. So I had made a suggestion that if we had been compensated for the Hassel I could make the flawed flooring work by installing a herringbone pattern and double cutting the the frayed edging. Keep in mind this would take 3x or more the effort on the installer side of things but we could keep the project on schedule, he wouldn't have to send the carpet tiles back and have them remade, wouldnt have to redeliver the materials, or cover the costs of office rental which was 50k alone for the one work space. So in all saving Floors on Crowfoot a ton of money, the hassle of sending it back and having it remade, enabling them to save face and come out on top. The deal was 15% of the over all flooring to be discounted and given to the installers to cover the extra work load. The agreed upon number was 18k which by all means was an amazing deal for the store and the flooring manufacturers. After the job was installed and completed Darrell cut a cheque for 6k to go to the installers for all the extra work that was involved. Shouldve known better than to trust a salesperson. So buyer beware, Darrell is a liar and a theif and I would never spend a cent in this store. If your looking to purchase flooring go to Jondan's!! They have amazing selection and their reviews are top notch!
