Buyer be very aware!! This is my encounter with USA…read moreInsulation. I had an appointment with Micheal for an estimation early in March 2025, but he never showed or never called. I should have STOPPED there!! I called and spoke with Allyx, and she apologized and set up another appointment with Zach (the owner). He was nice, gave me an estimate, and picked up the down payment to get me on the schedule. I was scheduled for 9 am, Wednesday, April 9, 2025. I called the evening before and spoke with both Allyx and Micheal and about the time in the morning they were supposed to be here and other matters. Neither one even mentioned or spoke of the crew not going to show up for the appointment. My husband took the day off from work so he could be here. No call. No show. I called to speak with Allyx, and she stated the crew had to finish up another job. IF they could, maybe they could make it in the afternoon. Otherwise, they would be here on Thursday, April 10th. Nice of them to let us know after I had called the day before. They showed up on Thursday. I have seen professional closed cell foam sprayed (applied). This was so very unprofessional! It was such a mess! It was amateur hours! My husband and I were horrified! I called Allyx on Friday, April the 11th, which she told me to send pictures to Michael and I did that same day at 12:16 pm. It looked like a cross of spaghetti noodles and stalactites. Then there were holds where there wasn't any foam. I believe there was a problem with the mixture of the foam materials. It was very poorly mixed and applied. Micheal, as normal, did not responded (until AFTER the crew showed up on Saturday) Jordan (the head sprayer) spayed over Nathan the trainee's mess. Micheal on Monday morning THEN wanted to come out to see what could be done, and by then my husband had started putting everything away. Nathan did NOT have anyone to supervise him while he was here, on his own, and making a mess out of our place. It looks better now after Jordan sprayed over Nathen's mess but still does NOT look like a professional job. I would NEVER refer anyone to this company EVER!! The other part of this is we paid over $5000.00 for this. I am hopeful that the off-gassing will quit within the next few weeks and the insulation really does a good job despite how it looks. The tax rebate of 30% is only on the price of the materials used. Get an invoice for what that price will be before they start on the job. Buyer be very aware!!
