The tour takes you around their property and up the mound and back. It's not a long walk. Along the way you can look at the plants and peacocks. We stopped often as David told a story or showed us something cool. You even get a view of the water from one of their docks. Highly recommend the tour. It's about 75 minutes long. I showed up to the dock at the scheduled time and nobody was there. I checked my email, and less than one hour before the cruise, they sent me an email saying that they were double booked and had to cancel the cruise. No phone call or text to let us know that it was canceled. I would urge anyone interested to go with a more trustworthy company who can answer their phone. This was one of the few things we wanted to do in the short time we were in Florida and weren't able to! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I can say with honesty that this was by far the best one we've done. Usually when we do these, there are tons of people and barely room to move around. I find myself hoarse afterwards yelling for my child to stay close trying to sift through all the people. There were maybe 4 other families on the boat and there was plenty of space to move around. The activities they did with the kids were awesome, including a water gun fight, sword fight, story and face painting. We even saw dolphins during our cruise. The dolphin sightings happened in the middle and again toward the end of the trip, for a total of about 10-20 minutes. That was definitely the highlight of the experience--our kids really loved seeing the dolphins. However, between and after the sightings, there was a lot of walking on the beach under the hot sun. The walking felt long and tiring, especially for the kids, and there was no shade. During the tour, an elderly woman also started feeling unwell due to the heat, and an ambulance was called to assist her. Overall, while seeing the dolphins was a wonderful experience, I would recommend preparing for a long amount of walking and strong sun exposure, especially for families with young children or elderly guests.
