We contracted wewilltransportit.com to pickup a forklift in Indiana and deliver it to our warehouse in Memphis TN. We dealt with a lady named Christina G. who quoted us $895.00 all inclusive. Before accepting the quote we informed her that there would be loading assistance at the pickup but we required a dock high truck to be able to unload it to our warehouyse dock. She stated that she would send a dock high flatbed or a rollback to accomodate the delivery. We then accepted the quote. When the forklift was picked up, the seller sent me pictures I immediately called Christina and informed her that the forklift was not on a dock high trailer like we requested. She apologized for the mistake and stated she would arrange a rollback tow truck to meet the carrier at our location to move the forklift from the carriers trailer to our dock. The tow truck driver showed up two hours before the carrier showed up. Once the carrier arrived, the tow truck driver demanded $231.75 or he would not do it. I tried calling Christina 6 times to get her to take care of the payment issue. The tow truck driver decided he was going to just leave so we were forced to pay him. I have emailed Christina and called and left several messages, all of which have no response. Our next step will be legal action from our attorney.

CARRIERS AND CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!..This so-called shipping business is nothing short of a cesspool of lies, deception, corruption, fraud and made of a crooked group of unethical individuals with agent/dispatcher Daniel K. leading the "outstanding" corporate staff but including the owner/manager who was so "compassionate" and offered me "a very generous offer of a $100 for the inconvenience of driving 300 miles one way for nothing" and the company matriarch or accounting lady that shouted on the phone "you'd better turn around and don't come near here because somebody else (a cheaper hauler was found!!) has been dispatched for this load..so don't come near here" she finished with a threatening squeal when I was one block from their company!!..I'm an owner-operator carrier with 22 years experience as a specialized-RGN-lowboy hauler and on 3/10/2025 an available load popped up on Truckstop.com load board to haul a boat from their parking lot at 2300 W Sample Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33073 to San Jose, CA I called to offer my service and Daniel K. was in charge of this load and we agreed to the terms and told me that that load needed to be picked up that day, I offered to get it first thing in the morning next day but he told me that I needed to leave at the moment and assured me that the load was mine and he was gonna take it off the load board as we spoke and was gonna send the rate confirmation (contract) while I was heading their way, I was weary at first but I had similar situations in the past where brokers sent rate confirmation while on the way to the shippers and never had an issue...big mistake!!; I deadheaded almost six hours (287 miles one way) from Hudson, FL to Pompano Beach, FL and had a bad feeling when he kept telling me that the rate sheet was on its way every time I asked him about it, anyway, I showed up at their parking lot and there were Daniel K. with the rest of the company crew trying to figure out how to place a boat on a jet ski trailer!!!, they found this guy with a non-compatible trailer with a very old and banged up gasoline pickup truck, that was their "cheaper specialized carrier" they found and waited until the last minute for a "carrier" like this one and making me drive all the way down there to ditch my expertise and insurance safety for a "cheaper rate" contract; I confronted Daniel K. and he was such a lowlife POS that he kept saying that he wasn't that person; customer and carrier DO NOT USE this company unless you want to gamble with your time, hard earned money and insurance and safety if you are planning to use this company to ship your equipment..beware!!

Great company, I hired them to transport my vehicle and they stayed in contact with me from beginning to finish. Communication is key and they were on point every step of the way. thank you guys

I don't even know where to start. After hours of digging through Google, Reddit threads, Yelp…read morereviews... you name it, I was genuinely overwhelmed trying to find the right company to ship my (new to me) classic car (1967 Mustang). It feels like every transport company has either horror stories of the car falling off the trailer and the driver didn't have insurance, car was taken to the Mexican boarder and never seen again, or obviously fake reviews. I eventually landed on Zip Auto Ship for two big reasons. First, the sheer number of legit 5-star reviews. Not AI-written nonsense, no bots, actual people with real experiences. I honestly didn't believe it at first. Second, I called and spoke with Josh, and that conversation alone pretty much sealed it. He didn't give me the usual sales pitch. He walked me through how the process works, why prep and proper insurance coverage matter, and how carefully he vets the carriers he works with. It was clear he actually cares about doing things the right way, and that immediately put me at ease. For context, I got five quotes total: two from friends' recommendations, two local companies, and then Josh at ZipAutoShip. Not only did Josh have the best reviews and the most transparent communication, but his quote was the best price by a noticeable margin. About 10% cheaper than everything else I looked at. And again... zero pressure. No pushing, no guilt-tripping, just straight answers and a fair number. From there, he made the whole thing ridiculously easy. He took my info, contacted the current owner on my behalf, coordinated everything with the carrier, and lined up the pick-up and delivery without me having to babysit the process. The car showed up at my door in Little Rock four business days after my first call with him. Smooth, simple, exactly what you hope for when shipping a vehicle but rarely get. And honestly, one of the things I appreciated most: he didn't spam me afterward. No "hey can you leave a review?" messages, no follow-up hustle. Just a job well done and letting the work speak for itself. That actually says a lot about the kind of business he runs. If I ever have to ship a car again, there's absolutely no question I'm calling Josh. Save yourself the headache and just go with Zip Auto Ship.

I originally hired another company to move my car up to NY. After they completely dropped the ball…read moreon any of their promises, I reached out to Josh. He was very sympathetic to my problem and got right into finding a solution. Within one day, he sourced another carrier, gave me a promised pick up date and supplied the carrier's proof of insurance to ease my mind that my car would be covered if damaged. Josh is an all-star who takes great pride in is work in an industry that is filled with less-than honorable people. It's one thing to make a promise, it's another if they can actually deliver on the promise - that's where this company excels!!!

Did quick research and found they have various locations. They're not registered with the BBB in terms of getting a letter grade but the site did have some information on them. Ultimately, our web research on them and came up with just OK reviews. Please note they are "BROKERS" so they contract out work. Anthony Pravata was our agent. There are two other gentlemen that are agents as well. He was attentive. Yes, we kept calling him however, I give him credit. He returned our calls and trying to he stuck to his guns, making sure we got the price closest to his original quote. Originally we were quoted by him, $400 from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Dallas, GA. We ended up paying $425. We called him on Tuesday, did the reservation on Wednesday evening and the car was picked up on the Thursday morning as promised and on time. Our transporter was Joel. Just to give you an example of his route, he was going from Macon, GA, our stop, then South Carolina, then New Jersey. In all honesty, he was very pleasant. The problem was his estimation in terms of time was way off. The car was supposed to be delivered around 6:30 am. It didn't arrive until about 3:30 pm. Now, during that time we were in constant contact with him but this is to show an example about his estimation of time. Would I use them again? Yes, I believe so. It was not a bad experience. They were professional, quick (give or take), the car was delivered safely, car key returned and delivered without a scratch.

Terrible experience with Freedom Auto Transport. I worked with Anthony Pravata, who quoted me…read more$1,100 for a 40-mile transport and promised a Conestoga trailer at our requested time. What actually happened was the complete opposite. No Conestoga trailer showed up, the driver was over 3 hours late, and then complained about having to tarp the load--which was already agreed upon beforehand. To make matters worse, when I called to confirm the truck timing, they tried to tack on an additional $150 for no valid reason, even though we had already agreed on a set price. Overall, extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this broker

Easy, just the way I like to do business. Transport driver was professional who carefully loaded the vehicle without causing any damage due to the low undercarriage. Price was on point for the service provided, the car was delivered to my sons dorm or we had the option if he was in class to have to delivered to MDJ with no additional fees. This company was great and accommodating and truly does care about its customers. Don't waste your time looking for another transport who "may" be cheaper, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Requested car transport from L.I. to Boynton Beach. The service has been getting worse lately…read more Ordered service on Dec. 19, and was supposed to be delivered Dec. 22. When there was no call for delivery, called and asked about it. At first the excuse was heavy traffice then when it wasn't delivered the next time, was told a car wasn't ready to be picked up and had to wait. Again, a date and time was given, no show. I was then told it would be 9am on 12/25. When called at 10am, as it was a no show, or even a call to change the time, was very nasty. Said was sleeping and was screaming, as it got to him. Lied about the time he said the day before. The last time it was 8 days until I got it. It is now 6 days and there has been no delivery.
