I was contacted by company after I sent inquiry. They were very prompt in beginning and we agreed to a price and timeframe. After that everything went downhill and all the sudden I was being told "we can't honor that" "we can't get someone" I heard tons of excuses and representative became rude and uncooperative. Someone from LA location finally called and told me it would cost $1500 more than original contract was signed and agreed. I was on a strict time frame so couldn't go elsewhere at this point. My only complaint about WWTI is that the trailer dispatched was not suitable for my shipment. I needed my bumper pull travel trailer transported. This type of RV requires a specialized trailer designed for load/unload of travel trailers. What showed up was a standard flat bed trailer, which required a wrecker to load my trailer. Lesson--if you are moving a travel trailer, make sure the correct trailer is dispatched. On the plus side, Mark with WWTI was courteous, always answered his phone and the driver he dispatched was courteous and delivered my trailer as promised. I appreciated that WWTI refunded part of their fee for my trouble. read more

I typically don't do reviews, but in this case I felt I had to let potential customers know how horrendous my experience was with this particular company in hopes to save them the headaches, aggravation and expenses that they put us through. We had signed a contract with We Will Transport It on May 16th to ship our boat from Nashville, Tennessee to Massachusetts. They assured me that there would be no problem shipping the boat, in fact they had a driver in the Nashville area that could pick up the boat Thursday, May 19th or Friday the 20th at the latest. That sounded good to my wife and I so we went ahead and signed the contract. Our contract stated the price would be $12,500 which would include all permits and fees to be paid to the driver upon delivery. Unfortunately that never happened the boat was never picked up nor did they ever notify myself or the marina that they weren't coming. I finally called on Monday to find out what happened to the boat transport. They informed me that the permits took longer than expected and that the driver had another boat to haul. They would not be able to wait for the permits and that now the next available date wouldn't be until June 6th, 2 1/2 weeks later. I reminded them of the importance, that the boat had to be picked up before the end of the month as the contract stated so I wouldn't have to start accumulating additional dock fees in Nashville, which was costing me $100 per day. They talked to the driver and assured me they would reduce the price of the transport to $11,900 to help offset some of the additional fees that I now had to occur, especially where it was there fault, not ours. They once again assured us all permits were in place and could definitely pick up for transport on June 6th, reluctantly my wife and I agreed. Just to be sure I made a phone call to the transport company three days before on Friday, June 3rd just to confirm that they were still on for Monday, June 6th for pick up. They assured me yes, you're good for Monday for a pick up. Unfortunately once again, no one showed up to pick up the boat nor did they try to call myself or the Marina to let us know why. I called on Monday afternoon to find out what happened, they told me don't worry about it, I'll make a phone call to the driver and I'll get right back to you. I waited 4 hours and never heard back from the transport company. I called back again on Tuesday afternoon spoke with the owner of the transport company to find out why it was never picked up. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful to me acting like it was our fault that the boat was never picked up. After talking with him he informed me they decided last minute not to pick up the boat because they weren't happy with the contracted price that we agreed upon and that it would now cost additional money if I wanted the boat picked up. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional, but also knowing I needed to get the boat out of Nashville and back home to Massachusetts I asked him what would the additional cost be. He called me back 15 minutes later to inform me it's going up from the agreed price of $11,900 to now costing me $18,000 to ship the boat. This company is so absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. What was most upsetting for me, is that the company not only didn't honor there contract, but allow us to go to the very last minute to let us know they're not picking up the boat unless we pay an additional $6,100 is absolute bullshit. This is a terrible company. Don't even think about doing business with them, it has been the worst experience I have ever had in over 40 yrs of working with big companies and large contracts. I recently worked extensively with WWTI. If it was possible to give negative stars I would. They LIED throughout the process, once they got their $90,000 deposit in hand to start. They held our company and loads hostage at every opportunity for more money in any way possible. I shipped some very large vessels from the West coast to the East coast. Six units at the same time. I sent them over $90,000 down payment, after they received the money every time we spoke the pricing continued to go up. The trucks that were needed for this project were very large 10 to 13 axles, rather special equipment not available everywhere. WWTI assured me that they had contacts for these types trucks and trailers with out a problem. According to WWTI they were unable to get commitments for the trucks. Trucks would be lined out and then back out. Every time they found new trucks the cost went up. A job that should have taken 2 months stretched into 6. WWTI would not supply requested documents for the increase in costs. They constantly added new charges saying the truckers were demanding them, but would not supply support documents. With them holding $90,000 of our money we couldn't go somewhere else and they knew it. Even talking to the owner Will (who in my opinion is like a snake oil sales man as I don't want to use very inappropriate language) he just made things much worse for everyone involved. He put his employees in positions that they had to lie and cover for him and his lack of integrity. As a Broker for truckers they not only cost us a lot of time, headache, and money but they cost the truckers as well. The most stressful job I have ever done in over 40 yrs in the industry. WWTI was paid a lot money to take care of lining out six trucks. They did a terrible job of communicating, following through and more than DOUBLED the pricing for the trucking from the first quote. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IN ANY AND EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. read more

I was unsure at first as there seems to be a lot of spam in the industry, however my experience using this service went very well. I am leaving them a positive review because I did NOT have any problems and I feel that sometimes people only post if they have a bad experience. As far as I am concerned, this company met expectations (it can be driver dependent). You should know that you cannot directly book a driver unless you are a dealer or broker, so you will have to use an agent. I had another agent that cussed me out on the phone when I mentioned Yelp reviews (which I think are more accurate). Since I had a good experience, I will leave a good review. I speak with Art and then he tells me he wont make any money but he wants to ship the car for me so now its $1579 to have it picked up two days later than they originally told me. I cancel the order because I'm disgusted by the obvious lie to make more money by Mr. Gray and shady business when I signed a contract for $1425. I get a call the next day from MARJORIE who tells me the transporters are on their way. I tell her I canceled yesterday and then she blames me for bad business and says she has proof I did not cancel. I suspect most of my issues came from CFI Transport LLC, who they brokered to transport my 1971 Corvette. The cost was significantly more than the quote because "it was out of the way" even though the location never changed. It took 4 days from pick-up to drop-off to travel what I drove it in 8 hours. It was committed for overnight delivery. After many calls and emails, I was able to track down the actual driver but couldn't get a clear answer on where my car was. When I got frustrated and ask "Where is my car right now!" multiple times, I found my Vette was "on the Jersey Shore". (Which is not between the pick-up and drop-off points!) Supposedly the two extra days were do to the driver taking Muslim holiday that nobody mentioned up front. He also found the need to insist "we not drive customer cars", which makes me question if my car went for a joy ride. I could not recommend this experience to others. The added cost, delay, and frustration alone were bad enough but not knowing if it was driven / drag raced or not is unsettling, especially when it showed up with a dead battery and the driver side motor mount broke between the frame and the block (that takes serious torque). I want to share my concern so others can be wary. Again, except for the cost increase, We Will Transport It was less concerning than CFI Transport LLC, although they did broker them. read more

They will charge top dollar and try to hire someone else to do it for peanuts. We had an experience with them on a job. When we got to the customer's house it was impossible to pick up this vehicle safely without without causing damage to the customers property or the car. Extremely SHADY dealings! I was contacted by this company by someone called Arthur via email last week, when I signed up to get quotes to ship my car. He provided me with a quote and sounded nice. However, I also received many other vendors' emails and was totally overwhelmed and didn't respond to this person's email. The second day after, I got an email from Arthur stating that some other company has me listed on their National Loading Board, Central Dispatch and that no carrier was willing to work for them. He went on to highlight in RED how the other company was shady and had a bad reputation, even before mentioning who THAT company was!! (BIG LIES!!) So, I panicked and contacted the few companies' agents who I spoke with and asked if any of them have me listed as I hadn't hired anybody or authorized anyone to pick up my car. They simply denied saying that they wouldn't do it unless I authorized them to do so. Next thing, I replied back to Arthur saying that there was some confusion and that I did not hire anybody to do pick up my car. NO RESPONSE. The next day I sent him another email asking him to share the company's name that has me listed on the Central Dispatch. STILL NO RESPONSE. And this morning I received an email from Arthur from the company's email address with the exact same content that he sent me earlier - "The company that you chose to pick up your car is shady..blah..blah.." That is when I figured that this company was using auto-generated emails to con people into believing their lies. I thought that he had responded to my query. We had a great experience. Whenever choosing a vehicle moving company it seems that all the reviews are either extremely positive or negative and so it is a toss up in your mind which service you will receive. Thankfully, we had the 5-star experience on our move from San Antonio to Colorado Springs. We even had to delay the move for some unforeseen circumstances and WWTI was more than accommodating in postponing the move for no extra charge. They drove my car from Atlanta to Miami!!! The driver said my car did not fit on the Truck!!!! We will transport did nothing!!! They subcontract your vehicle to any trucking company they can find!!! Short version: Stay away from We Will Transport It - you will be looking at nothing but trouble. Explanation: I contacted We Will Transport It to ship a vintage car from the east coast to the west coast. I had a small shipping window of 5 days for the car to be picked up. John promised me this to be "no problem" and that I've come to the right place. I told him that if he could not pick up the car on time I would rather go elsewhere but he said he would get back to me within 2 days with a pickup confirmation - he didn't. Then I followed up 2 days later and he assured me that before the end of the day he would have shipping lined up and get back to me - he didn't. Then I called again next day and talked to the dispatch-manager (because John wouldn't answer my call). The dispatch-manager promised me to take care of this shipment and "for sure" the car would be picked up within 2 days. This time I got suspicious assuming nothing would happen again, and, I was right. Today it is 8 days after I put it the original order with them and to date I have not heard back! I have shipped numerous cars around the country but never dealt with such an unprofessional car transport company. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Fortunately I scheduled this shipment parallel with another car transport company who within 2 days got my car picked up and it's on its on the truck making its way to the west coast. Sketch sketch sketch! I filled out a form to get shipping quotes for a car and We Will Transport It was one company (out of a dozen) that responded last month. I ended up going with Montway (car transport broker) instead and then couple days later I get a cold call from We Will Transport It claiming Montway is accepting bids on my transport and their price was too low to get the car shipped within a month. We Will Transport It wanted me to back out of my contract with Montway and book directly instead for $200 extra. Turns out Montway only discloses car make/model, pickup city, and destination city when soliciting bids for transport. We Will Transport It saw the bid details of my car, looked up my phone number from my prior online quote from days prior, then cold called me. They lied about the Montway bid price and they lied about Montway not being able to get the car to me in a reasonable timeframe (I successfully received the car in 2 weeks). The employee that called me was super slick talking and rude (he responded "are you serious?!" when I asked him for the solution to the "problem" he described to me in the first part of the call) and he tried using fear tactics, intimidation tactics, and a sense of urgency to create this non-existant "problem" that only they could solve. To top it all off, my Montway order/bid was for an enclosed truck when the We Will Transport It quote was for an open truck, but they mislead me to believe it was an apples to apples comparison. My experience verified that I made the right decision to pay extra to work with a reputable company instead of this sketchy company. read more

I hired them to transport a large Trencher , at first it all seemed to go well Brian was very nice and pleasant to deal with, Then the BS started I was told that the driver would deliver the trencher On 01/12/17 between 6-7pm so my husband went there to meet them and No call No show my husband waited Three hours then somebody called me to say he wouldn't deliver till Midnight or 1am Ish I said we don't live there can we meet 6am TOMMORW morning he said Yes then 6am he's not there he got there 7am he was only one town away mind you.....the driver that showed spoke NO ENGLISH and was asking for a loading doc and refused to remove our trencher off his truck my husband and Son had to remove it off his truck which honestly that's a huge legal liability for the shipping company .......OH and almost forgot few days before they actually picked up my trencher they sent a completely incompetent driver that was going to try to cram my Trencher on his truck there was NO way it was gonna fit......Brian then calls me saying the driver they sent wanted a $200 no pick up fee since my seller of the trencher wouldn't let him take my trencher I had to let Brian talk to the owner of the trencher they sell heavy equipment all day everyday and he said there was NO way it was gonna fit on the guys truck.....So there was NO way I was gonna pay an extra $200 I honestly can't believe they tried to roll me for $200 when it was their mistake for sending a driver that didn't know what he was doing and couldn't judge his own load....,,,,,,,,,,Overall I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN CANNOT IN GOOD FAITH RECOMMEND THEM FIND ANOTHER COMPANY !! horrible service. just truly terrible. they will book you and if they find someone who is willing to pay more for your spot on the truck you are gone. I am editing this review because this company was so bad as a business and on a personal level their story deserves to be told. From the top: I contacted mercury auto shipping for a quote which sends your information across the web for interested trucking companies. I received several offers none too appealing. I then received a message from a trucking company directly which was attractive because I no longer had to deal with the broker and the trucking company and the trucker. Cut one more head off the dragon. So I bought in. I signed a contract stating that the car would be picked up at a disclosed location in the Santa Fe area, on August 5th 2014, delivered to me in the Boston area by August 8th 2014 for a total cost of $1250. Its about a 2000 mile drive so it is possible if your driving the 10hr maximum the drivers are legally allowed per day; they also said I would be the first car delivered on their route so it would be a straight shot. They offered me a "deal" because they originally quoted me at $1450 but they had someone drop out so they made a more reasonable offer to fill the spot. Keep in mind most other offers were around $1100. The extra $ seemed reasonable to keep the brokers out of it. I then signed the contract, no $ up front, paid in full upon arrival. This is where things get hilariously ridiculous and pretty insulting at the same time. The day of the scheduled delivery a dispatcher by the name of James contacted me and told me: " We cannot make it to Santa Fe, our truck has 100,000 miles on it and is old. It will not make it up a specific hill en route. He said that we would have to make arrangements to get the car to Albuquerque which is over an hour away, and not a part of the signed contract. Now for those of you who do not know, the engines on diesel tractor trailers do not break in until after 100,000 miles, I know this because my family owns several diesel trucks and has used them for over 500,000 miles. They do not have the same lifespan as a normal truck. So clearly this guy was feeding me a line of crap. I called back the following day I called and asked what the status was on the truck, however this time I did not call James, I just called the hotline. I was transferred 3 times, the second time I heard someone in the background tell the person on the phone to "get rid of him". The third person did just that. He tried to tell me that they dispatched 2 trucks to come and pick the car up however the person driving the car "threatened to call the cops if our drivers came anywhere near the house" obviously confused I asked what he was talking about. He replied "did I stutter?" Now I know for a fact that this never occurred. I was on the call when the dispatcher James told us that the truck "could not make it." So now its pretty clear, they have lied on several occasions: 1. The truck cant make it up a 4% grade hill because it has 100,000 miles 2. The deal was to go to a road near Santa Fe not a residence so the fact that he said "she would call the cops if our drivers came anywhere near her house" is a blatant lie 3. That we said we would call the cops! The one piece of good news is that I refused to pay or give any credit card information until the car was delivered thus I was not charged. I now realize what most likely happened was they gave me a deal to fill the spot on the truck to make sure they were not $1250 in the hole on the shipment to start but kept looking for someone who would pay more and found someone, leaving me with out a spot. These people will get you to fill a spot then will replace you at any given moment if something better comes along. Bad form. read more

Greg will tell you anything just to get the sale, none of his promises were kept. The car was subcontracted twice! I called their office and got nothing but attitudes and arguments. Everyone in that office was a complete jerk. I got hung up on a couple times when I was just trying to figure out where my car was. There was damage to the car and am working on that case. I chose to ship a car through We Will Transport it in the middle of July. After speaking with them and allowing them to set me up with a driver I decided to sign a contract with them (which meant a $200 deposit) and to ship my car via a group called the IKA group who We Will Transport It paired me with. At that time I gave them a VALID credit card number and contacted the driver for pickup. The day after my car was picked up I get a call again from We Will Transport It, and there is some random highly incoherent employee on the phone who asks me something about paying for the car now. I inform him that they have my credit card info for the deposit and that I am planning on paying the rest ($1650 in full to the driver). I told them that they can charge my card on delivery. They agree to this and the conversation is over. Fast forward to today when my car is getting dropped off( although it is 3 DAYS LATE) in its destination and all of the sudden my friend calls me and says that the driver is requesting a full 1850 instead of the 1650 that was originally requested. I call the driver and tell him that I though that his cut was 1650 and that the other 200 had already been paid, but he tells me that THE NIGHT BEFORE he got a call from We Will Transport It telling him that he needs to charge me 1850 now. Never once did We Will Transport It contact me and tell me that my rate was going up and now my friend is stranded out with the truck driver who refuses to release the car unless he is paid more. I call up We Will Transport it and ask what the problem is. They told me that they had trouble running my card, and claim that they called me and asked me how I wanted to pay the deposit, and that I said "I want to pay the full 1850 upon delivery" I NEVER SAID ANYTHING LIKE THIS. So I tell them its fine, I will pay now with another credit card( because obviously they couldn't/didn't want to run my first card). At that point I get redirected to Mike, who tells me he can't accept a credit card and that it has to be cash. He's telling me this even though I'm 3000 miles away from my car and my friend who is picking up obviously doesn't have $200 of cash on him. So I tell him I'll figure it out and see if I can get my friend to head to an atm or something. At this point my friend calls me and says that the driver just got off the phone with Mike and that MIKE WAS BADMOUTHING ME AND SAYING THAT THEY DIDNT TRUST ME!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?! Luckily my friend was able to come up with the $200 cash and we were to get the car and get the hell out of there. I will never ever ship a car with we will transport it again. Don't trust these guys for a second. Update: Just got off the phone with Kevin Cox, nice enough guy, but still didn't alleviate the bad taste I have in my mouth from this transaction. He was very argumentative and basically told me how they We Will Transport it went way out of there way to treat me as a special case blah blah, which I said was appreciated. We discussed that the big issue was a miscommunication between me and we will transport it. They thought I gave them a fake credit card and that I was paying in full on delivery, I actually gave them a real credit card and expected that to be charged for the deposit. The issues came in when the driver shows up today and says that We Will Transport it called him LAST NIGHT and told him to charge me in full. I called We Will Transport It with the hopes that I can pay with a credit card now, but they can't process it because its sunday( car was supposed to arrive Thursday, but is 3 days late...not We Will Transport its fault, but a point against the fact that the the trucking companies they pick are perfect). Mike didn't really seem to want to find a solution and basically told me pay now or you don't get your car. Luckily my friend was able to make it to an atm and get some money, but my friend overheard Mike talking to the truck driver on the phone and said that Mike was badmouthing me and calling me a dirtbag and untrustworthy. Terrible customer service . I used their services to transport a car from Phoenix, Az to La Quinta, Ca . The car was picked up a week and a half after the promised day. Because of that I had to pay extra $80 storage fee. After being constantly on the phone with the driver he said that his company will take care of that extra fee since they are not able to pick it up on time. When the car was delivered they didn't want to reimburse the fee. Trying to contact We will transport it had no luck getting this reimbursed. I'm happy the fee was $80 and not $1000 , but I will do everything I can to damage their reputation. I'll contact Consumer Protection agency, Department of transportation and every agency possible to report on them, this might create some problems for them to renew their licenses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The entire experience dealing with this company (Brian\Dave) was horrific. They change pick up and drop off schedule at the last minute from Chicago to Cali and advised us it'll take up to 7 days for delivery when initially they told us 4. We decided to cancel because of their quick changes and Brian used vulgarity over the phone then told us he will charged our credit card $250 for cancellation. And then they slammed the phone down. They were so rude. I had them scheduled to a certain date and they decided to change that date. I needed the car at the new location by a certain date and decided to email and cancel the service. Two weeks later a received a call and the representative was extremely rude. read more

So I just had the best experience of shipping 2 cars from Las Vegas to Mississippi. Our driver, Mickey was wonderful with great communication and photos of the truck. Really bad customer service. I needed to ship my car from NJ to CA, and requested quotes from various companies online. We Will Transport It contacted me, and told me credit card payments would be accepted, and that I could get the car delivered to me within 8-10 days. I thought this was perfect because I would be arriving in CA 8 days later as well. They export their shipping to external auto transport companies. I called the driver after 7 days and notified him that my flight would not be landing until Saturday so can I meet to pick up my car late Saturday or early Sunday. He said this is fine, as he was also a day away from CA at the time. We agreed on early Sunday morning. On Saturday he calls nonstop for 5 hours as I am on the plane saying he is waiting for me with the car. After I land, I give him a call and he wants me to pick the car up at 10pm at night and also that I must pay in cash. I call the We Will Transport It phone numbers given to me on the contract and the lady tells me to call again in the morning so she can check on the system if my contract said credit cards would be accepted (Even though I have my contract in front of me and I can see that it does). On Sunday morning I once again call the numbers, and no one answers for over one hour. I call dispatch phone numbers, as well as the direct numbers given to me from the salesperson. No one answers and all voice mailboxes are full so I cannot leave a message either. In the end I ended up picking the car up on and paying in cash. Seems like the driver had a contract from his company saying he needed to accept cash or cashiers check, whereas the contract I signed said credit cards are accepted as well. Horrible miscommunication between We will Transport It and the shipping company and additionally, horrible customer service from We Will Transport It for not answering my calls.
