My teeth went from a 24 to a 4 with the treatmenta. Very pleased with the results and no sensitivity like I had with the whitening strips

If you are thinking of going here, don't. Turn back now and run far away for the sake of your teeth…read moreand your sanity. I used to go to the QC office years ago and while it wasn't the best either, it was probably better than this office by a million! I can't specifically recall which days they aren't open but I think they're only open like 3 days a week because anytime I tried to make an appointment they would tell me there was no dentist in the office that day. I came in when I was about 4 months pregnant with a broken filling and my OB gave the okay for them to work on me but the woman who was there wanted nothing to do with even touching me. She was nice and I liked her but she refused to touch my tooth at all. I had to spend my whole pregnancy trying to eat on one side of my mouth and avoid that tooth... Finally, my son was born and shortly after I was able to make an appointment. They continuously called me to reschedule for numerous ridiculous reasons (which they did with every appointment I had after this as well) and it took like two months to finally get in and at this point I needed a root canal that I probably wouldn't have needed before. She ended up shaving too much off of one side of my crown and the hygienist said "I hope you don't get food stuck in there" and that was it. I had to come back for some fillings and this time I saw a man (I never saw the same dentist except that woman twice) and he was so cocky and aggressive with my teeth and would carelessly flick anything disposable into the garbage can regardless if he missed. I had a tooth with slight decay and he spent a good five minutes picking at it and making it worse... I had another tooth that required work done years before this and had difficulties with the specialist so I brought it up to the third dentist I saw at this office and he said that they would request approval with my insurance to work on that tooth. About a month later, the messed up crown from my root canal completely broke 90% of my tooth off and I was told I would need it pulled and to get a bridge put in. I was also told this at the same time that they told me that my insurance approved the work for my other tooth but since I was about to turn 21 and no longer have dental, they couldn't do the work on me any more. I am actually glad now that I have different insurance now and can finally go to an amazing dentist and try to save my teeth, because I would never want to step foot in this place again.

I was recommended this office by my sister who was recommended by her boyfriend…read more First, the man at the front desk was so peppy and kind at 7am! Super helpful and friendly. Then, the Dental Assistant (?) unsure of position name exactly, but she took care of me the majority of the time - her name is Kylie, she explained my x-rays in full detail and it was like hanging out with your bestie. Super easy going and very educational! Then she brought in Doctor Gibbons, and she was extremely kind and helpful. Informed me of what the next steps are, and I couldn't be more relieved to have been recommended to this office especially after previous dental office experiences... First impressions - super cleanly office, genuinely kind staff, ultimate service. I can't wait to come back for my cleanings and my crown!!! Would recommend to everyone!

I've been coming to this practice for about three years, and for a long time, it was great --…read morelargely thanks to Dr. Kerle. The front office staff and hygienists are still wonderful, but since Dr. Kerle left, the quality of dental care has gone downhill. I came in with three separate concerns, but they only seemed interested in addressing one. Despite multiple visits over six months and repeatedly asking for help with all my issues, I got nowhere -- no real solutions, no clear explanations, just repeated prescriptions for a medication I had already expressed concerns about taking. They didn't even ask what other medications I was on before prescribing, which seems like basic protocol. At my final appointment, I brought up again that the medication wasn't working (after two rounds) and asked what other options I had. Their response? Just take another round. No alternatives, no further investigation. I finally decided to get a second opinion and went to a new dental office. The experience was night and day. My new dentist actually sat down with me, listened, explained possible causes for my pain, and offered multiple treatment options. They solved one of my issues in a single visit, and I already have plans in place to address the others. I understand that things don't always go perfectly in healthcare -- but here, it felt like they weren't even trying.
