I've used their services in the past and will absolutely continue to do so in the future. Daphne is a pleasure to work with, and Juan is an exceptional technician. They are extremely careful when moving furniture and truly meticulous with every detail. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority with Juan and Jonathan Cleaning and restoring your tile floors is far more cost-effective than replacing them, yet it leaves your home feeling brand new. Their pricing is honest, their service is professional, and they are prompt and reliable.

The ease of making appointment, the professionalism and the courtesy that they extend to their customers is beyond reproach. Unfortunately, we had to have a lot of work done in our house, dealing with pipes under theslab, insulation in the attic painting, and despite our best efforts, the grout got very dirty. They just left and it looks like brand, new grout and tile once again! Definitely a quality company with quality people. I recommended them to many friends and family members.

Sent prices for each based on our floor plan without requiring a home visit. We opted for the vinyl plank in a taupey gray tone called Arctic Greige for all four bedrooms with 3 walk in closets plus a hallway. We asked for the earliest possible install date which was a week or two away. We were then offered an earlier date if it worked for us - and it did. Installers arrived bright and early and removed all the carpeting - laid the floor - added quarter round to existing baseboards to cover gap and were done by 5. A beautiful job - we are more than thrilled.
