I stopped into this shop during the summer months after picking Thing Two up from summer camp. I…read moreapologize in advance for my naivete, but prior to coming here, I had no idea this brand existed. When I stepped in the door, I was greeted promptly and asked upon arrival if I had frequented the store previously. Of course, the answer was "no". Therefore, I was given a crash course on the brand. To my surprise as an Austinite this is an ATX founded brand (who knew, well, I guess everyone except for me). Although founded in the ATX, this brand uses authentic Mexican Artisans and factories to bring these colorful handbags to life. After getting an introduction, I was offered a glass of champagne, which of course I didn't say no to. When walking around the store, consumers will see hand-stiched leather in vibrant patterns. Each handbag, satchel, crossbody, wallet, etc. has intricate beadwork and are of high quality craftsmanship and designed for durability. Aside from the bags, this store has smaller items to include key chains and notebooks. Each display in the store is artistic in a way that shows creativity and efficient brand merchandising. After about 40 minutes of browsing, drinking champagne and indulging in sweets, I elected to purchase a clutch which was a last season bag. Because of this, it was $90 less than what I would have paid the season prior. However, it should be noted, the store has current and last season bags and accessories. The staff working will advise consumers upon entering which tables and shelves have sale/prior season items. The service here was akin to the type of service I receive when shopping at Saks or Niemans but just a tinny step below, which makes sense as this store is more of an affordable luxury store as opposed to a high-end end luxury store. If in Smithville, ATX or Katy, this store is definitely worth a visit if only for the champagne and treats! #supportlocal #supportMexicanArtisans

When I ordered the flowers, my girlfriend received a text informing her of the order and that they were running behind. Why would you ever do that!?!!?!? I then received a text saying that she was informed. When I asked if they had notified her of the flower delivery from me, they lied and said they did not. Then, they did not even deliver the flowers until the next afternoon. To top it all off 1/2 the flowers were wilted and dying 2 days later. I do not recommend The Secret Garden. very unsatisfied.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the friendliest smile and a "howdy" that felt so genuine. You can tell this shop was created with heart and intention. The clothing? STUNNING. Fringe, denim, tooled leather, turquoise jewelry, flowy dusters, graphic tees with sass -- they have everything a modern cowgirl could want. Whether you're headed to a rodeo, Sunday brunch, or just want to look fierce running errands, this place has you covered. What I really loved was how unique everything was. You won't find these pieces in a chain store -- and that's what makes it so special. Each rack had a story, each corner had a little treasure. Candles, home goods, cute western mugs, bandanas, gifts -- so many fun finds! Also, MAJOR bonus points: The vibe is immaculate. Rustic wood decor, twinkle lights, country tunes playing softly in the background, and displays that are so cute I took pics for inspo! Support small-town businesses like this -- they're the heartbeat of the community. If you're ever passing through, don't miss this place. And if you're local? You're lucky. You've got a slice of Western heaven right in your backyard. 10/10 recommend! Can't wait to come back with my girlfriends and shop again. #ShopSmall #WesternStyle #BoutiqueVibes #CowgirlUp
