We designed a custom ring, discussed options, made multiple 3D CAD renderings. When my girlfriend, God bless her, decided to change her opinions at the last minute, Sarah was willing to do the process over according to the new set of specifications. She gave me multiple moissanite stones to choose from and in the end, my fiancée has a ring that she loves. It turns heads and gets complimented all the time. I am so proud of it and couldn't have done it without everyone at JH Faske. Update: 10/8/22 I forgot to mention that they will back everything they do and want you to bring it in once every 6 months for a cleaning and touch up. He was a fairly large man and his ring was an 11 and I typically wear an 8. I'd seen ads for Kragh's Jewelry at almost every movie I'd sat through at the local movie theater, so thumbs up to their marketing team -- it works! But I also liked the idea of keeping it local, so they were my first and only stop. The first woman who assisted me didn't think it could be done as she was concerned about some of the decorations on the sides being impacted as well as an inscription on the inside by the sizing. Since I had just returned from the funeral and my emotions were all over the place, I accidentally burst out into tears. She gently handed me tissues and consulted with the jeweler to see what could be done. He looked at it closely and let me know that he'd find a way to make it work. The ring was done within a week and I received a text letting me know it was ready. Unfortunately, I wasn't ready to pick it up yet and they were so sweet about letting me pick the ring up on my own time. I picked it up today and it's perfect. Everything on the sides and the inscription were preserved perfectly. I'm so entirely happy with I didn't read reviews or shop around, so I have no idea if the price I paid for the sizing is astronomical. I just know my mind wasn't in the space to bargain shop and they customer service made it worth every penny I paid.

This quote should have been no more than $95 at the top end and would've taken 20 minutes to resize. I called around and received other quotes from other businesses and they said I was getting duped. I called Kragh's to ask if they could renegotiate and they would not. I will NEVER use this business - they will dupe you!!!

Thankfully, the clock repair team placed all new parts in the shell and now it works perfectly. My family was so happy that this clock was repaired and chimes like it used to. I've taken all my old family clocks here and never had a bad experience.
