Unfortunately, I left looking almost the same as when I arrived. The biggest change was a choppy layered haircut, which was not what I wanted. My highlights came out with a reddish/brassy tone. Even the stylist noticed the color looked too "chrome" while blow-drying my hair and asked to retouch it.
