The main play center is GIANT with several sections and multiple slides and stairways to get around. There's also a ninja warrior type course in one section. They have a light up room, coloring area and much smaller play area for kids 2 and under. They have several bathrooms and a cafe for food. They also have staff coming around to clean constantly. One pro is you only pay per kid and each kid gets in two adults for free, however, one con is you leave you cannot re-enter. This may be to sell more of their own food at the cafe since you cannot carry in food or drinks. Overall, I'd definitely consider coming back, especially on rainy days or in winter.

The go-cart section was completely closed/broken down as well. You pay a good chunk of money to come here, so to have a whole area not available to play was a bummer. Having a bday party here can be the whole package though - our group got a big dedicated table on the party side, pizzas, veggies and fruit, and drinks. Unsure of the cost, as we weren't the hosts, but if you're looking for an all-in-one option this would work. Lots of tables and booths plus a kind of private reserved area for larger parties. No longer a ball pit, but a trampoline area is very popular with the kiddos. It does cost extra, but use is unlimited with the days wristband. There's an area with little rides and stuff for toddlers, and the rest of the games are suitable for 8 and up. The games operate with reloadable cards so no more tokens. And no tickets either, those are recorded on the card. At any point you can check the balances on the same machine that is used to reload the cards. I've been here twice this summer for parties and it wasn't bad. Obviously adults are not the target audience but there are plenty of more challenging and nostalgic games.

We were confused - I understand if there's a line how it would be hard to manage getting customers a custom pizza, but we were the only ones there and they wouldn't stop putting meat on the pizza half way and leave the rest to cheese? Are you serious? Pathetic... How about $5 for an order of french fries and getting 20 fries in it? I'm trying to add a photo to prove it, but can't figure out how. I'll post them on social media and do my part to warn other future customers if Urban Air doesn't want to make things right. We ordered two baskets of fries and got 19 in one and 20 in the other!
