Very clean very organized. It does get very busy on the weekend but midweek day outstanding amount of kids for the space.

Tucked into the heart of Tosa, the location is on point. It's no wonder they're regularly busy and have such a welcoming and communal feel. The exterior boasts of beautiful murals, colorful and bright. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the atmosphere. All of the modern decor, lots of little things to shop for (by local vendors), a handful of tables to sit at and enjoy food/drink, and a friendly face at the register ready to check you in. I brought both my boys, 3.5 and 1.5 years old, and they had a blast. We booked a slot online ahead of time, which was very easy to do and came with a text & email reminder. When we showed up we paid for our entry ($11/kid for an hour) along with a latte for myself. I could not resist, given the drink options sounds darn good. And let me tell ya, the 'born to be wildberry shaken espresso' is something I need in my regular caffeine rotation!! As for the play area, I thought it was great! Plenty of space for kids of all ages. There were structures to climb, costumes to dress up in, blocks to stack, musical instruments to play, trucks & cars galore, and beyond. Oh and comfy couches for the moms/dads/caretakers to get comfy. All in all, a beautiful and safe place for littles to play! Also awesome: they host workshops, classes, storytimes, and other groups for parents and kids to get involved in. Unfortunately we live a tad out of reach for regular enough visits, but I'd imagine their membership is something worth looking into. I think what I appreciated most was was how community-centered Little Village feels. From the staff to the friendly moms & dad visiting, it was a vibe. Can't go wrong with a visit here!

I also (perhaps weirdly) asked if I needed to be a parent, which I am not, to get a coffee. The barista seemed amused/confused and said no. I ordered a very nice latte and got some work done. Thankfully, I remembered by ear buds. What a great idea for those with children or grandchildren! Socializing, coffee, toys, a play area, adorable decorations. Such a wonderful options for those with kids/nieces/nephews/godchildren. Everyone wins and has fun!

When I got there half an hour before friends would arrive I was told I could not walk-in since it was a member night. The manager at the store , BRYAN, was so nice and did his best to let my daughter and her 7 friends enjoy her special day, he tried to call the owners and talked to another manager and , in the end, let them enjoy and used the passes (I had groupons). He also gave her a new pair of socks and a drink for her b-day, very kind man. We ended up signing up for the membership since we figured it was worth it (about 25 dollars per month to jump every day and bring a friend free on Mondays). Overall, great service, the do honor groupons and my daughter had a blast. (And is still having a blast to this date since she is a member now). ps: I did not book a party room, I had only 8 kids and used groupons for 90 minutes of jump rather than booking an expensive party room and jump for only 45 minutes. Party packages with food also only included pizza and my daughter does not like pizza. I did not see any worth in the party packages. It worked well. kids had fun. I would say the waukesha one is better, but this is closer to us.

I attended a private birthday party here for my best friend's 9-year-old, and unfortunately the…read moreparty experience was pretty disappointing. The private party package was around $400, with about 10 kids attending (includes: pizza, drinks, cleanup, and jumping), and we were placed on the upper level. Just a heads up for anyone booking: there is no elevator, only stairs to access the upstairs party area. That made it a little inconvenient when we had to keep going up and down for forks, other party items, and when it was time to take the gifts home. The party reservation was from noon to 2:00pm, but the preordered pizzas and drinks didn't arrive until about 1:30/1:40pm. One pizza came out first at that time, but we were still waiting on the other two, which made the last part of the party feel rushed. By the time everything arrived, there wasn't much time left for the kids to eat, have cake, and wrap up before the reservation ended. We made it work, but for a private party package, the timing should have been much better. Part of the reason for booking a party at a place like this is to avoid having to manage all the little details yourself, so the delay and disorganization definitely took away from the experience. The space itself has had a revamp, and there are definitely some cool areas for the kids. The facility is huge, and the warrior course and different jump zones were fun. The basketball section was cool too, though that area looked like it was either still under construction or needed some additional work. At checkout, they asked how the service was, and we were honest that we wished it had gone better. My best friend booked the party there so she wouldn't have to stress about the details like she would hosting at home. The new GM transferred there, apologized and said he's working on getting the staff up to par, and mentioned that next time we come in, we should let him know and he'd take care of us. We appreciated the apology and willingness to train the staff better, but that was pretty much it. Overall, the kids still had fun because there's a lot to do, but the party service and food timing really missed the mark for the cost.

Nugget Nation MKE has one of the BEST curation of toys that CONSISTENTLY rotates. I like to emphasize the consistent because a lot of play spaces have kept the same toys month after month but not here! 3 Reasons You Should Visit Nugget Nation 1) It incorporates play for a variety of ages. I have an older son and an infant/toddler. Often times at most places I would get nervous that my older one would be too big and hurt the young ones or my little one would have nothing to do. This is the best for both worlds. 2) Play for every kid. I said this initially but there are a variety of toys that will peak your little one's interest or curiosity which is perfect for problem solving and imagination 3) The indoor play space is a perfect size - not too big where you will lose your kids inside and it's CLEAN. It you are a 90s kid and remember Chucky Cheese play gyms being the best thing - this is way better and will give you the mental ease that your children are safe. I read the previous review about attendees getting everyone sick and honestly that must be a fluke because I go at least once a month and found that other children are respectful especially when it comes to germs. Kayla and Jenna you are the best addition to our lives thank you for giving this mama a place to go when feeling cooped up.

Lots of tables and booths plus a kind of private reserved area for larger parties. No longer a ball pit, but a trampoline area is very popular with the kiddos. It does cost extra, but use is unlimited with the days wristband. There's an area with little rides and stuff for toddlers, and the rest of the games are suitable for 8 and up. The games operate with reloadable cards so no more tokens. And no tickets either, those are recorded on the card. At any point you can check the balances on the same machine that is used to reload the cards. I've been here twice this summer for parties and it wasn't bad. Obviously adults are not the target audience but there are plenty of more challenging and nostalgic games.

There seemed to be only one employee working there, trying to be at three different stations at the same time. The lack of adequate staffing made customers wait for long periods with no employees in sight, and without remorse. The cost of was close to fifty dollars for 30 minutes of play time, a medium, single topping pizza, and two kid sized sodas. That is a lot of money for lunch and a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend going to this establishment.
