My appointment was at noon and they saw me at 11:55. No waiting. The office is very nicely decorated and very clean. The doctor I saw was very polite and kind and she explained the procedure and possible complications very precisely. We showed the lady in the front and she switched it for a new one which is good for my mom. However, I bought this three step skin care and I realized too late that the pump for the moisturizer was broken. Im posting this now because I want to get my face looked at again and I remembered this place but decided to look at another. The ladies are all nice, I just didn't get lucky I guess.
