I wish they had shared the schedule with us because we didn't know the order of our services but it ended up being a fun surprise. We started with an hour long salt floatation which was very relaxing. They dim the lights and play quiet music. I think an hour was a bit long so next time I might book 30-45 minutes. They had hair caps which I wish I had seen before but it was so nice to float. They decorated the ceiling with little stars which was very cute. Next, we had the red light sauna which was relaxing and very warm. We then had a quick massage which I wish we had booked for longer. They used great pressure and it was very rejuvenating.
