I usually do it via phone or email, and they reply very quickly. I have done chemical peels and a BDR facial here before. The esthetician is very thorough. At many spas, I feel they either don't clean my face properly, they don't put enough product on all the areas of my face, or are rushed. It's not like that here. I always feel so relaxed. The esthetician is very professional and she always cleans and treats every inch of my face and neck. The treatments themselves are great. The chemical peels really help to clear my complexion and calm breakouts. The BDR facial also cleared and brightened my face. Highly recommend! Their equipment is new and not dated, so they really give results. They recommend products as well, but aren't pushy in getting you to buy from them. They even recommended some drug store products to help with overall skin. So they really care about getting you results and respecting your budget. Overall, great place to get your facials done.

I paid almost $1,600 for Dermamelan treatment on my back, chest, and stomach. I had no allergic reaction during the in‑clinic portion and confirmed my at‑home instructions carefully. A week later, my skin became painful, raw, and the top layer was visibly peeling. I sent photos to the clinic and was told this was "normal" and to continue my post care. It wasn't. My skin barrier was broken, and following their advice meant applying an acid product to open wounds. Within two days, I developed severe chemical burns across my back, chest, and neck. My skin is now scarred and significantly worse than before I ever contacted Bellair. It didn't end there. My in‑person assessment with Dr. Pugen was switched to virtual while I was already on my way, making it useless. As I cried through the appointment, he suggested laser treatment even though both my dermatologist and Bellair's own coordinator said it would be high‑risk for my skin type. Two follow‑up calls were scheduled; nobody called me either time and I had to call the clinic to make the appointments happen. The clinic also took very personal "before" photos of my bare chest and back, then later claimed they COULDN'T FIND THEM and they were never uploaded due to "wifi issues." They use iPads with internal storage, so this makes no sense. The violation of patient privacy is truly baffling. When I requested a refund from the director, Oscar Amar, he dragged it out for 19 days, insisted they "did nothing wrong," and eventually offered a partial refund of no specified amount. After everything, it was like a slap in the face. What happened to me here was NOT OKAY. Period. It was dangerous, negligent, and deeply unethical. Proceed with extreme caution. An acquaintance referred me to DLK on Avenue after praising the quality of their services, so I was feeling quite curious when I arrived for my first consultation. My first impression was a positive one. Right away, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who made pleasant small talk with me while confirming my appointment details. I arrived a few minutes early, so I got a chance to soak in the atmosphere of the bright, spacious lobby. It didn't take long before I felt completely at ease. My visit with Dr. Kellett was a long and thorough one. From the way she answered my questions, I can tell that she was a true professional who was very knowledgeable in her area of expertise. We had a detailed discussion about my condition, and she recommended several treatments while explaining the pros and cons of each option. Throughout our meeting, she remained kind, patient, and very sensitive to my feelings. Since then, I have been visiting DLK on Avenue for over a year and my impression remains largely the same. This is a fantastic place for quality services in skincare treatment and I highly recommend it!
