I booked my appointment online as directed, obviously for a time that was convenient for me. I…read morereceived a second notification the next day advising me my appointment had been changed. Unfortunately the date they selected I was working so I called to rebook thinking we could be clear about it. I provided a number of days I was available, at any time on those days, well over a week in advance. We finally settled on one and I again received email notification of the change. At the time on the date that they originally adjusted me to? (may 9th) I received a phone call telling me I had missed my appointment... When I told the lady that it has actually been rebooked over the phone she begin grilling me about when I had called... And I couldn't possibly have called on that date because they weren't open and I have missed my appointment that day. Eventually I assume she found the corrected date and confirmed it. The time of my original appointment (May 11) came and again... A phone call. I did not answer. The the date and time (may 14 @ 11am) of my verbal reschedule for which I have an email confirmed notification? The place was locked and barred with no lights on. My appointment that I was given grief over missing, (that I did not miss - twice). Left me sitting in my car, while two girls that I assumed were employees were standing outside. I was told that I would be charged if I was late.....wonder if the same courtesy will be extended to me? 11:17 is when the doors opened. Although the work done was exceptional, I booked another fill appointment for two weeks later. I've already had an email changing the person doing my lash extension fill, and I've had a voicemail asking to change my appointment to Saturday. *update*. I called back, left voicemail providing my availability. (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday anytime or possibly Friday depending on hours) I was then told they could only fit me in SUNDAY. I leave the country Saturday, returning AFTER the 3 week required timeframe. Short answer? If you actually want an appointment? Don't book here. They did an amazing job however scheduling is a repetitive nightmare. I guess they just don't want a client.

I was an aesthetician for 20 years, and I am currently a Registered Nurse and am just completing my…read moreMaster's Degree to be a Nurse Practitioner and in my professional opinion, Dr. Taylor should not be injecting Botox or fillers on anyone as her skill level is not up to par and neither is her work ethics. Do your research before you choose this place. Don't be fooled by their welcoming, bubbly attitudes because that quickly disappears when they do something wrong. I forget the woman's name at the front desk but she really has the most disgusting, childish, and unprofessional thinking I've ever seen. If their costs alone don't scare you off then their lack of quality and poor injecting skills should. I was in last summer and I paid over $4000.00 for botox and filler. Dr. Taylor injected my forehead and gave me a severe hooded eye. I looked like a had a stroke for weeks after. She tried to fix it by injecting a lot of botox by my temple to lift the eye but not only did it not lift my eye, but I also could not turn my neck properly for weeks. She also injected filler into my cheeks, told me I only needed one that was $700.00 and only after she injected the entire syringe in my face then said I would need to buy another one at a cost of $700.00 for my other cheek. She also left me with uneven filler in my cheeks. The left side was much higher than the right side. Although, you and the nurse that injects there agreed my face was not even Dr. Taylor would not fix it and wanted me to pay for it. The nurse misinjected my lips and again it was an argument to get her to fix it at no cost to me. Do you remember when you accused me of trying to get the filler for free and when you checked your records after accusing me and realized I had paid for everything (over $4000) you didn't even have the decency to apologize to me. I am writing my review now because I have since gone to another clinic in Whitby who put botox in my forehead and did not give me a sagging eye. She also did a much better job at choosing the correct injections site making my face look way better then what Dr. Taylor did. She also only charges $500 per syringe unlike yourself charging a whopping $700. She also redid my cheeks and they are perfectly even. Dr. Taylor is not a skilled injector and neither is the part-time nurse. They both completely misinjected my face and would never take responsibility for it and continuously tried to blame my facial features for why her injections were always uneven to try and make me pay for more product. You and Dr. Taylor are very nice until something goes wrong and then you somehow manage to come up with some ridiculous excuses to blame the patient for your faults. I remember the nurse clearly stating that every time something goes wrong you and Dr. Taylor you leave her to deal with it. The botox came out of my face only after 5 weeks and Dr. Taylor tried to make me pay for it again, but in her contract, it states a certain amount of time the botox has to last for. I had to remind her 3 times that it had only been 5 weeks and I was not paying for it again. I researched why botox would only last 5 weeks and the only answer I could find was that when the injector mixes the botox they are watering it down. They are very pushy women when something goes wrong. Very poor injecting skills, and way overpriced. Another woman was in the waiting room with the same issue I was having the last day I was there shaking her head at me in anger because they were doing the same thing to her, so I know I am not the first person to have this issue with you. There are other clinics out there with much lower costs for both botox and filler and they are full-time injectors that are experts at their jobs.
