We showed the lady in the front and she switched it for a new one which is good for my mom. However, I bought this three step skin care and I realized too late that the pump for the moisturizer was broken. I didn't win the contest, but I fell in love with the vibrant colours they offered, many of which are not offered at other salons. I emailed for an appt, but later called in on my lunch hour and booked an appt. I wanted to donate my hair, cut, and colour. I was given an appt for cut and colour consultation. (They also did email me back later that day! Extra points for having their communication channels available and monitored.) I just went for my cut today, and it was a fantastic experience. The salon is clean and modern. Angela was fun and professional. She measured, tied, cut, and braided for donation. We talked about colour and as I haven't coloured in about 20 years now, she gave some suggestions. Cut was done quickly and very well done. I was in and out within 1hour. Super excited for the colour appt!

They raved about the service and have been looking for a place exactly like this (superior quality of the procedure and extractions)! In the DC area, we've had no luck... Every spa/salon we've tried only performed minor extractions (not worth the price of the facial). My wife also decided to get a haircut while she was waiting for her facial. She told me that she got one of the best haircuts she's ever received! She said William was awesome and now her hair has more volume and the style is better suited to her hair's natural curliness. My brother-in-law and I were so impressed that we both decided to get haircuts as well. Our stylist, Karelia, was A-W-E-S-O-M-E! Started off with a relaxing scalp massage and then got one of THE BEST haircuts in my 38 years of life! I have a stubborn cowlick that she addressed and she even trimmed my caveman eyebrows LOL. Instead they wanted me to redo all the paperwork I told them there were no changes, didn't have my glasses with me nor my list of medications. I could see in red print that it was for NEW CUSTOMERS and also a list of treatments I might be interested in. I offered to fill out although not necessary as I only had a couple more sessions...left THEY INSISTED THAT IF I COULD NOT FILL OUT I WOULDN'T RECEIVE TREATMENT. Further as I became annoyed they offered a print out and quiet room to accomplish the request.Later in a text message, I was told it was a consultation appointment. I did not need consultation...I WANTED WHAT I PAID FIRST...AS INEFFECTIVE AS IT IS TURNING OUT TO BE. Since I have been denied service on a paid for service I am requesting my money back...on services not rendered $1277.31 They wasted my time and so I will not be returning nor wish to debate/ mediate the situation further. I sent a letter to their email site customer care....and received a response saying send to patient care which I did attention officer manager. Additionally they advise that services are...non refundable. However if they refuse or can not provide services,,,which I was told then monies have to be returned. In my opinion this was a HARD CORE PLOY to get you to sign up for something else while they have a captive audience.

Staff are very professional and they have great prices for the services they provide. I appreciate the pre and post care reminders as well as the appointment reminders. Very helpful cause I'm forgetful. I think it's pretty cool that you can get treatments at other locations too, although I haven't visited the other locations yet. I personally request to only have Eman do my treatments, cause she's the best! Super knowledgeable, thorough with the treatments, and so kind. She always remembers details. Highly recommend!

This by NO means was a manicure. It was a very poor polish application at best. Not a single cream or lotion was applied to my hands, no massage, no special treatment whatsoever. After explaining I had grown out my nails and would like them filed slightly, my manicurist proceeded to CUT my nails and nail length was COMPLETELY cut off. I mean.. there is nothing feminin about my nails anymore. All length is GONE. The polish, which is a powder based application looks very sloppy and THICK. So far above my nails and so far from my cuiticles it looks ridiculous and grown out. Not to mention uneven and not smooth at all. I am quite honestly heartbroken. I rarely get my nails done and was so excited to have them done for an event I have tomorrow. Now I am left embarrassed to show my hands. The receptionist was incredibly kind and did not charge me when I expressed my upset. I am just confused after all of the glowing reviews of service, when quite honestly my nails looked better with the chipping clear polish I had on when I walked in their door.
